As you enter this bayfront charmer, you will encounter a spacious and bright coastal-themed open floor plan that effortlessly combines the living room, dining areas, and kitchen into one entertaining space. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room filled with natural light thanks to ample windows. Curl up on the cozy sofa and spend an entertaining evening at home streaming your favorite movies and series on the huge smart TV with streaming and cable services, and if you are visiting during the winter months, the gorgeous gas fireplace will keep you nice and toasty. A modern working desk with a Mac computer is available should you need to work or study remotely - high-speed WiFi is available as well. The living room opens up to a covered balcony furnished with an outdoor dining/fire table overlooking the enclosed backyard and water. Back inside, the open floor plan also features a sparkling chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and a beautiful island with additional seating. You have everything you need to whip up delicious homemade treats and meals for the group. The adjoining dining table is ideal for formal meals, and there is a cute seating area in the corner with a seashell Tic-Tac-Toe game set and a piano.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
