This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a stand up shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, and hooks for storage. Bedroom 2 has a full bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, and a closet for storage. The bathroom has been renovated and features tile shower, patterned tile floors, new vanity, and gold fixtures.

The kitchen has been renovated with luxury vinyl flooring, new cabinets, butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances, and reclaimed barn wood floating shelves. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (FlexBrew for K-cups or full pot), microwave, pots/pans and basic cooking utensils and knives.

The living room offers comfortable seating and a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space. There is a wifi enabled TV with streaming services (Netflix provided by hosts). There is a dining area with bench seating that will comfortably seat 6. There is also a full sized washer and dryer (LG Washtower) for guest use.

Enjoy the great outdoors on the large deck with seating for 6 and a Weber gas grill (hooked into the gas line, no propane tank needed!). There is also an above ground pool and an outdoor shower. Hosts provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, pool noodles and tubes (can be used at bay beach), and 2 beach cruiser bikes.
