Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with its great views and all the amenities it has to offer, from being a four-minute walk away to the beach, where you have a variety of bars and restaurants, to relaxing and grilling poolside.

-Experience this spacious apartment that provides the luxury of enjoying all that West Bay has to offer, just a short 4-minute walk from the beach. There is access located next to the Henry Morgan Resort. This spacious 2-bedroom apartment features two queen-size beds, a large kitchen, and a generous living room seating area. Guests can enjoy a shared 400 ft squared pool and deck equipped with outdoor furniture and lounging chairs. You have a beautiful view of the sunset and the ocean from almost every space. The apartment also boasts the fastest high-speed internet available on the island, a Smart TV, and air conditioning throughout.

-Wi-Fi Starlink system (120 mps) installed 2024.
-The bedrooms are all well sized, and quality linens are provided.
-There's a great view of the sunset from the pool, and there's an outdoor grill as well.
-Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

Casa T'úubul K'iin property includes:
- Unit #1 - Primary apartment on the second floor.
- Unit #2 - Duplex built above parking space.
- Unit #3 - Studio on the first floor.

Each has its own independent access and separate listings on this platform, but they can be booked together as an entire property by sending a special request. Pool is available exclusively to the three units previously mentioned.

Guests of the unit have full access to the beach, pool and deck area; this space is shared with another two units on the property. Guests can access the utility room for the laundry machine and dryer, please make arrangements with the local property manager to obtain access.

Interaction with guest
If there's any questions or something that guests need, they can get in contact through the chat on Airbnb, and they will also have access to the property manager's phone number.

We request and anticipate that guests sharing the pool or beach area with others will be considerate of everyone enjoying the space.

CAUTION...THE PROPERTY DETAILS ARE NOT ACCURATE. HOST ISN'T REALLY THE HOST.

One of the worst experiences of my life. 1. The host listed on this property is not really the host. They are out of the country. It creates a problem. 2. There's an "on site" person that handles requests, etc. This person is rude, stand-offish, and pedantic. 3. NOWHERE in the house rules did it say in BEFORE I booked that guests aren't allowed in the place. The only reason I stayed away from hotels is so that I could have a guest come over - not stay overnight - just visit with my family & I. When he came over the "on site" person made a HUGE deal. The problem I have with this is that we were not bothering anyone or having a party or loitering outside or anything. We were very relaxed, my family and I having a very civilized night in and conversation when he created a huge scene. When the host contacted me directly, I offered to add my guest as a registered visitor - I said I would pay extra guest fee if necessary and was flatly turned down. I then agreed to ask the guest to leave. As he's walking out, the onsite person took it upon himself to interrogate my guest, humiliate him demanding to "see his face" (he had put on his helmet to leave). He then threatened me saying he would let the off site host "handle" the situation because he's "not quiet or calm", implying that he would "do something" if left up to him. I had already agreed to have my guest leave. Humiliating them was unnecessary. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is not worth it! Never have I been so insulted!!!
