Imagine yourself strolling through the landscaped courtyard to the Laguna Madre Bay where you can fish right from the dock each morning or watch the beautiful sunsets each evening - just steps from your back door. On the front side, the shared pool is right outside your front door and the beach is only 2 1/2 blocks away!

This comfortable property features an open kitchen, dining, and living area facing the courtyard with decor that will never let you forget that you are at the beach. With a king size bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, this condo accommodates up to 6 overnight guests comfortably with multiple sleeping options. You can combine this with La Solana 128 to accommodate up to 19, as long as at least 3 are children under the age of 12!

Within a short distance, (less than 5-minute walk), of all of the entertainment and restaurant venues that South Padre Island offers, you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, perhaps your daily catch from the bay, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped.

TV's in the living room and each bedroom, internet and a washer and dryer along with a reserved parking place add convenience to make this the perfect location for your bay front stress-free South Padre Island vacation! This property always requires a minimum three-night stay.

Check in was very easy. Property inside was not clean. Very outdated. Toilets were old and close to the ground. Tile floors were dirty as was the shower floor. I had to wear my shoes in the shower. Washed towels only to find out the dryer did not work. Ran the dryer 6 times, same load of towels! So very frustrating. They did send someone to fix it after having to email them. Went to cook breakfast only to find out the pans were horrible! All the teflon was scraped off. I refused to cook on them. I had to go back and forth with the managers, even sending pictures until they reluctantly sent 2 skillets which was hardly enough to cook a dinner. Their response was that there was only 3 people so 2 skillets should be enough! We went back and forth until they sent a saucepan. The drawers in the kitchen were filthy. Everything had to be washed before we used it. It was too much work for a vacation! And management was not easy to deal with. Before I rented this place I made sure that there was cable and wifi in this unit. THERE WAS NO CABLE OR WIFI IN THE 2ND BEDROOM! There was a TV but no service! A girl from the office came over to try and Google what was wrong with the TV. Hello! There was no service. 1st she said it was a Roku TV, then when that didn't work she said it was for gaming only! I am 65 yrs old! I do not game! Why wasn't that revealed from the beginning when asked? So I had no cable or wifi in that room for a week! And I couldn't use my phone in that room either! And I couldn't go watch from the livingroom because the sofas were so old that they sunk way down when you sit on them. Very uncomfortable and hard to get out of! We rented a golf cart overnight. We parked it in our assigned parking space 129 only to find out it had been towed in the middle of the night! What a nightmare! It cost alot to get it out so we could return it! We had to wash the bedding because the state of the unit, what would be different about the linens! This unit is very old and needs alot of work. There is so much more and I have pictures. JUST UNACCEPTABLE! NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT PER NIGHT WE PAID. WE FEEL ROBBED!
