Indulge in leisurely activities in the game room equipped with a bar and a large TV, or unwind in the hot tub while soaking in the majestic mountain vistas. The second-level deck, adorned with glass railing, offers unparalleled panoramic views, complemented by a cozy firepit and an outdoor dining area for an inviting atmosphere. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the third-level deck, where you can catch the stunning sunrise.

The first-level bedroom boasts two canopy queen beds and a stylish ensuite bathroom for a comfortable stay. In the second-level living room, enjoy entertainment on the 65" smart TV or cozy up by the electric fireplace while admiring the scenic surroundings through large windows. The newly renovated kitchen features high-end appliances, a gas range, a spacious island, and a convenient coffee station. A powder room and a back deck with seating and a gas grill provide additional convenience.

Ascend to the third level to discover a king bedroom, a bonus room with a twin bed, and a charming Dinosaurs-themed kid's cubby. "The Lakeview Suite" offers its own balcony, a queen bed, and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Pamper yourself in the luxurious bath with an oversized marble shower and a floating vanity, ensuring a rejuvenating experience.

Each room is thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities and unforgettable vistas, creating an idyllic setting for a romantic escape or a memorable family vacation.

Parking for 4 cars outside. The road to the house and driveway are steep therefore in winter months a vehicle with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is REQUIRED from late November through March.

What to be aware of:

- GPS can be tough in this area. Please check email to get directions 
- Four Wheel Drive is REQUIRED November - April due to slope of driveway
- Ring outdoor Camera for exterior, driveway and door- Does not show hot tub.
- Due to cool mountain climate, there is no air conditioning
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day. This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to
