This unit offers dedicated driveway parking exclusively for guests who reserve the unit, ensuring unimpeded access and convenience. In the event of any challenges regarding this policy during your stay, we kindly request that you promptly contact the host for swift resolution and assistance.
During periods when both units within the residence are occupied, we kindly advise guests that the backyard area will be shared. Your understanding of this arrangement is greatly appreciated.
Should you encounter any challenges with the other unit in the premises during your stay, we urge you to promptly contact the host to facilitate resolution.

Consequently, a late check-out fee is imposed to reinforce compliance with these regulations. For instance, departing between 11:15 am and 11:30 am will result in a $25 late check-out fee, while departing between 11:31 am and 11:45 am will incur a $50 fee, and departing between 11:46 am and 12:00 pm will incur a $75 fee, and so forth.
6 seaside heights beach badges are included with the rental of this unit. Guests are required to properly use and return all badges to their original placement inside the unit before checking out. Any lost beach badges during the stay will incur a replacement fee of $75 per badge.
A propane tank may be on-site if left by a previous guest, but it’s not guaranteed as guests may also take it with them. If available, it will be empty and must be refilled at your own cost.
