This is truly a deluxe home inside the famous Desert Princess Resort.

Everything has been tastefully decorated with sophistication and style, the home features an open concept floor plan with a great room, formal dining, a fully stocked center island kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The layout of the home is ideal with three ensuite bedrooms with private bathrooms, a laundry room, and a 2-car garage with a golf cart bay.

Outside, the beautifully-landscaped yard features a covered patio with outdoor dining area for 6, and an outdoor cooking station with high end grill. A circular lounge with firepit is available when it’s time for cocktails and conversations.

When you're not out exploring the scenic desert landscape or exploring the Indian Canyons, slow down and enjoy the sunshine from the patio, or take a long dip in the private pool and marvel at the panoramic mountain views. Take notice as the sun sets beautifully over the ridge as it creates a memorable backdrop to your perfect day.

Your resort experience offers 27 holes of amazing golf (special golf packages are available just contact the pro-shop), driving range, tennis, pickle-ball, racquetball, full-service Spa, and a newly designed fitness center. All guests have access to these amenities including the Clubhouse grill, bar, lounge, and dining room.

You can also enjoy any of the 33 other complimentary pools located throughout the resort. Available activities include golf and tennis lessons (group clinics) with on-site pros, Bingo on Wednesdays, themed culinary experiences nightly in the dining room and much more (please check any Covid related changes regarding hours of operations/impact).

This vacation rental is in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy of 6.

The maximum number of vehicles allowed at this property is 3.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
