Here's the best part - you can walk to Montreal's coolest spots in under 30 minutes! Too long? Grab a Bixi bike (bike-share stations are everywhere) or hop on public transit. The closest metro station is Sherbrooke - Blue Line.

Street Parking:
Main street: Pay at the kiosks (hourly or day rates)
Side streets from $14 for 24 hours
Always check the signs - some spots are resident-only. You cannot park on the main Avenues. (Use an online translator if you don't speak French).
Parking Lots:
Indoor lot at Excentris building (enter via Milton Street)
Several other paid lots nearby
Heads up: We can't help with parking tickets, so definitely read those street signs!
Pro tip: Most travelers find walking + Bixi bikes + metro is the perfect combo for exploring Montreal without the parking hassle!
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we also manage 3 additional units located in the building down the street, making it possible to accommodate larger groups. If you are traveling with a big group, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to provide a personalized offer tailored to your needs.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb the interior stairs to the top floor.
For business travelers, we can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
PARKING: If you plan to arrive by car, please be aware that there is no parking available at the building. However, you can find street parking on the main street for a fee, payable at the parking kiosks, either by the hour or opt for a day pass on adjacent streets ($14 for a 24-hour period). Additionally, there are several paid parking lots nearby, such as the indoor lot at the Excentris building (accessible via Milton Street).
Please note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are not allowed.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Must-Knows:
- Main guest must be 19+ to book
- On some booking platforms, there will be a temporary security deposit hold, funds released after checkout (when all is well!)
- No shoes can be worn inside the house to o keep the interior floor and area rugs clean
- Pets are allowed subject to approval - please let us know if you are travelling with your 4 legged friend, and please no paws on the furniture (extra cleaning fees might apply)
- We'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement accepting the house rules
- You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during your stay for identity verification.
- If you are driving, note that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING TICKETS. Montreal parking can be tricky! Check the rules in advance.
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside, please (helps us keep the space fresh for everyone). If smoking is detected, we will have to charge for the deep cleaning of carpets and furniture.
- For transparency, the apartment may include a NoiseAware device. It measures volume only and does not capture or record audio.
- The rooms are directly on St Laurent Street, so some background city noise may come through.
- There’s no central air conditioning, but one window unit is enough to cool the entire apartment.
