Located just 25 minutes from the Downtown Phoenix, this stunning property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the jaw-dropping backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool, spa, hammock, fire pit, yard pong, spike ball and more. The home itself has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierges is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Stay overall was decent. A couple things to note. The hot tub smelled really bad and it had a green tint to it with little to no water in there. The dishwasher did not work and we had to hand wash every single thing. The bunk bed room had very horrible air circulation and would get extremely dry in the room. The rest of the property was nice with the yard games and location. 2.8/5

Wouldn't stay here again
Short version: Wouldn't recommend. It's a flipped house with ok-ish finishes and awful management. We wouldn't stay here again. Long Version: We had terrible communication with the property manager before, during, and after the stay. Emails sent before went unanswered, see below for during, and they ignored our feedback afterwards. After checking in we found a lot wrong in the house - one thermostat was smashed, the heat was off (temps were low 60’s) and the desk chair in the main bedroom had a broken leg. The management company obviously does not inspect the house prior to the start of stays and if they do, they have awful standards. The first night we went to use the hot tub - it SMELLED AWFUL - so we skipped. We called them the next day (Sunday) their response was they’d try to resolve it before the end of our stay…Out of curiosity I took the water to a local pool store for testing and they agreed it wasn’t safe to use. Called the company again on Monday and they finally got a cleaner out - it was so bad it had to be fully drained, cleaned, then refilled. Had to wait a day for the water to heat so were finally able to use the hot tub on Tuesday (day 4 of our 8 day stay). Other items worth mentioning: - The bunk room is about 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house - The pool table slants enough to not make it worth playing - The dishwasher smells and doesn't clean, we hand washed everything - The bar stools tip easily, don't use them

Great Winter Escape!
This beautifully decorated home was great for 13 of us trying to escape the cold Kansas winter. It was exactly as pictured and the backyard was even better. It was very large and beautifully landscaped. The property managers were very responsive to every question we had and responded promptly. We would definitely recommend this home for a family/friend trip!
