The Nineteenth Hole - REBL Rentals

Welcome to our magnificent, private escape right in the heart of Phoenix! Located just around the corner from Moon Valley Country Club, and only 22 minutes from the popular shopping and dining destinations of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, this beautiful property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, or just a relaxing getaway. In the one-of-a-kind backyard, enjoy the resort-like setting complete with a pool, spa, fire pit, and more. The home itself has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.

There is plenty of parking in the horseshoe drive and garage, but we ask that no one park in the street.

THIS HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET, RESIDENTIAL AREA AND BECAUSE IT IS A GOLF COURSE PROPERTY THERE ARE COMMON WALLS WITH NO BARRIER, NO LIVE MUSIC, LOUDSPEAKERS, AND NO LARGE GATHERINGS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME - DAY OR NIGHT.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Perfect space for family with young adults

Space was perfect for our family to come together for a wedding weekend! Great location and although the home is a bit older, it was clean and the layout was perfect for our 5 young adult children and grandparents to have their own space but also be together and enjoy each other. Property management was responsive with any questions we had. We would stay at this location again! Thank you!

Back home in Moon Valley

I lived in Moon Valley for 8 years in the 1980’s with my wife of almost 45 years and our three daughters and didn’t need this large of a house but the area is still home to me. I hiked 5-10 miles per day in the mountains where I first hiked in 1976.

Very spacious, didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities

We came for a family wedding. There was plenty of room. The beds were pretty comfortable. Two of the bathrooms were not 100% clean.

Great for large group

This place is great for a large group of people. Plenty of space, just needs quite a bit of TLC. Pictures are accurate but not necessarily current. Things are broken, and cooking essentials are not provided: Cooking oil/spray, garbage bags. Cleaning/maintenance can do a better job of checking on conditions of things and fixing/replacing before the next guests arrive.

Wonderful family stay for 80th bday!

What a great house! The view and the outside is wonderful and the rooms were great! We were nervous about bad carpets but we’re pleasantly surprised to see carpets have all been replaced with hard surface flooring. Kitchen was well stocked. Air conditioning was great. Our only hiccup was we didn’t get the email to check in or address until 4 hours before-would have been great if we had it earlier (as it says/48 hours before) for planning. Will stay here again!

Mountain View

When there was an issue it was taken care of within 24 hours. Pool area deck needs some repair. Some of the imitation wood flooring seemed weak in spots. Had coffee, creamer and sugar. All utensils and pots and pans . Overall , very nice and we will stay again every time we come to Phoenix. Which will be about 5-10 times a year now .

Celebration

The house was spacious and very clean, spotless. Stuff responded within an hour to bring us a propane tank for outdoor fireplace! Thanks very much ! House has a very large , open concept and bedrooms well appointed. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated and that was not made clear on the house description. An unheated pool is just to look at! Hot tub was a bit old but functional. Holiday decorations in the whole development were Amazing!!

difficulty with internet, maintenance issue

We needed a place to stay with a remote work environment. It was not possible to discern from the photos that the desk was not in a private room with a door. Internet access was not available through the Rebl portal for many members of our extended family when we first arrived. So, internet access and remote work space concerns were disappointing. Stepping on an exposed staple head was also not fun. :(

Be careful .

This property has great potential however it has been allowed to get run down. Beds were broken, BBQ broken, mold in the showers, refrigerator was disgusting and required cleaning upon arrival, blinds affixed to doors with tape that fall off in the heat. There are also multiple elevation changes in the house that require one to be very careful when walking around an unfamiliar place. The property management company is somewhat difficult to work with. Should be ok for a group of guys that don’t care but definitely not for grandparents, parents and grandchildren as was our case .

It was wonderful but could’ve been better

The property was great but a few things could be improved. The trundle bed was broken and even though we called Managment, they promised they would fix it but never showed. The inflatable mattress had a leak and was super dirty and just tossed in the garage instead of placed in a closet away from the outside. We called about a patch and was promised someone would come but no one showed.. The can openers were costly rusted so we had to buy some. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was low on water. They did come clean the pool the next day. We made the most of it and it wasn’t terrible. The fans in the bathrooms didn’t work and the jetted tub wasn’t properly cleaned so when I went to use it a ton of black stuff went into the tub so that was gross. Like I said. It was a big space but it felt like somebody purchased the house to make use of it for Rentals, but did the bare minimum of what is required.

Nice location

We got in late on the first night and our front door was unable to lock as it had seemed to have been kicked in. We had to put a heavy bench in front of the door to make it somewhat secure. The next day REBL sent a great guy to the house to do some repairs. The previous tenants put a bar of soap down the toilet in the kids bathroom. The master bedroom toilet smelled really bad and the ring needed to be replaced. The hot tub was drained and refilled as the water was really bad smelling. The sink disposal didn’t work and needed to be fixed. The outdoor pool was subarctic cold and wasn’t used as you could only go in for a minute or two. The floors were not clean and we mopped to freshen up the place. The fire pit in the back was nice, but did run out of propane on the last night. The TV in the main room didn’t work and the master tv didn’t work without our own cord to stream from our own device. The company was easy to get a hold of and they did give us the first night for free and the handy guy they sent was super good, even though he had to work for around 8 hours the first day and had to come back the second day to finish. The house is in a nice location and there was lots of space for everyone.

Memorable stay. We were there to do my daughter’s engagement. Spacious and beautiful home. Wished there were more blankets. It was cold at night. But great home!

Great House/ Hot Tub Needed Service

The house was great overall and would definitely stay again! My only complaints are that the beds were very uncomfortable/rock hard. The other complaint is that the hot tub was yellow and smelled bad when we tried to go in the first night. We emailed property management because there were pool tablets outside. They said we could put one in so we did. It hadn't seemed to help by the 2nd night and I asked that someone come out and service it so we could go in but didn't hear back. By the 3rd night (our last night) it was good and we were able to go in. It was just disappointing that we had specifically looked for a house with a hot tub and then could only use 1 night. Other than that, everything was great and property management responded quickly about everything else! We got alot of use out of the pool table!

Great home

This is a wonderful vacation home - safe community, plenty of space for everyone, large pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with all pans/utensils we needed and showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

No what we were expecting :(

We have stayed in multiple vacation homes and there is nothing like thinking you will get one thing and getting something totally different. This house was a disappointment. The location is great and the view is great, but beyond that it feels like the owners are just trying to make money and not really invested into the guest. 1. This house sleeps 16, yet the kitchen is set up for 4-6 people. The pots and pans are not only cheap and used up they are small. We couldn't even cook for our family because we didn't have what we needed. Using 4 small pots and skillets just to cook one item. 2. They supply 2 kitchen towels and 1/2 roll of paper towels for a 5 night stay. Again, for 16 people this doesn't work. 3. They require all trash to be put in the bin provided outside before you leave, but the bin was full when we got there. Even if they weren't full this is not big enough for a large group. Again, for 16 people where are they supposed to put trash? 4. The beds were full of dog hair, as well as the floor, and the hot tub. 5. The beds were uncomfortable. The master bedroom King kept falling through the planks on the bottom of the bed. 6. There were stains all over the carpet. 7. There was a smell when you walk into the house. Like wet dog. 8. The WiFi is spotty and doesn't work well. 9. There is almost no cell service. 10. When trying to conatact the property manager for help, I called and e-mailed and still didn't get a response to a simple question..."where are the pool towels?" They acted annoyed and told me they would find out and I heard nothing back. 11. There was food stuck to the wall that no one cleaned. 12. In their instructions, they ask you to only leave a five star review and to contact them if you have any complaints. To me that is dishonest, other renters have the right to know this is not what you make it seem. 13. They have so many rules you have to follow because they care about their neighbors. I get it, but don't have a vacation home if you expect people to be silent. 14. They want you to keep the pool vacuum in the pool while you use it. Then tell you if you break it, you will have to pay for it to be fixed. This house has a great layout, it's large for a big family or group, but the owners really need to step it up. There is so many houses to chose from in the area and I will be back but will not stay here.

Big house with everything we needed

This house was big enough to accommodate Four families of four. The pool was a plus for the hot weather. Comfortable with a big kitchen, pantry and refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood with golf course right behind the house.
