Age Requirements: In compliance with local regulations, all booking guests must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their stay.

Damage Protection: Included in your reservation total is a damage waiver fee, providing coverage up to $1,500 for any accidental damage to the property or its furnishings, including fixtures and appliances. To ensure this coverage, please report any incidents to your host BEFORE CHECKOUT.

Pet fee: A pet fee of $100 applies for up to two pets with a 45 lb limit. Please note that the pet fee is not automatically included in the total and will be added after your booking is confirmed.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests found smoking on the premises will be subject to a $500 smoking fee.
