The dining area adjacent to the kitchen provides the perfect spot to savor your culinary creations.

The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat. Sink into the comfortable beds, adorned with soft linens and plush pillows, and enjoy a restful night's sleep. Ample storage space is available to keep your belongings organized during your stay.

The bathroom is sleek and contemporary, featuring a refreshing shower and provided with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Start your day with an invigorating shower or wind down with a relaxing soak in the tub.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

Guests of this apartment also have access to a range of amenities within the building, including a fitness centre, swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space. Additionally, the complex offers 24/7 security for your peace of mind.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking is allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying on the property (we need this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
