Welcome to this gorgeous villa that is located on lake Terra Lago with the best views in the entire community! Showcasing stunning views of the mountains and unbeatable sunsets on the lake. This newly constructed, well appointed property features higher end furnishings and art. This home truly gives Palm Springs Vibe, like no other. STR #050381
Located in Terra Lago gated community, with stunning grounds, surrounded by multi million dollar homes. This is a safe neighborhood, perfect for walks or just to relax by the lake. There is a kids park in the community as well. Note: guests are not allowed to swim, go boating/kayaking or fish in the lake.

There is also a pullout sleeper sofa located in the den area.

SPOOL:
The Spool which is a smaller pool is $100/daily to heat.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the spool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Spool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. The spool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to an equipment issue.
PETS:
We are pet friendly, small breed only! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, they can be parked near the main security gate on 44 Ave. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. Note RV/Camper Vans/Large Passenger and Commercial style vehicles are not allow after 6 pm and on Sunday's.
RULES:
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC AT ANY TIME
QUIET HOURS AFTER 9 PM WEEKDAY/AFTER 10 PM FRIDAY/SAT. - NO MUSIC OR ACTIVITIES THAT CREATE NOISE, NO AMMENTY USE.

NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS
City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS
Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any further questions, please reach out to our hosts for further information!
CASINO:
Fantasy Springs is 1.9 miles from the villa, less than 5 mins drive. Grab a bite to eat with multiple restaurants, watch a show, bowl (late night laser bowling included) simply try your luck in a slot, poker or another table game. Spotlight Casino is only 7 mins drive and it has an authentic brewery on site.
GOLF:
The Golf Club at Terra Lago is attached to the community and presents 36 challenging holes with dramatic elevation changes, stunning views, and a challenging island green par 3 which was featured in Skins Games. The view from 7th tee box is considered one of the best in the valley, from there you have a complete panoramic view from one end of the Coachella Valley to the other. Eagle Falls Golf Course is only 6 mins drive.
SHOPPING:
Cabazon outlets are 35 mins drive for all your discounted designer label goods. Happy Point in La Quinta is 7.8 miles, 15 mins drive with plenty of restaurants and all kinds of stores. El Paseo high end shopping is only 13 mins drive.
SPA:
Only 6 mins from the villa, Indio Spa at WorldMark Indio or check out Miramonte at India Wells that is 15 mins away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.
*The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.
The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
NOISE:
City of Indio quiet hours are between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM. Outdoor music is limited to cell phone/laptop level, we provide a music system inside the game room for livelier enjoyment.
Guests have access to the entire home & backyard.
