Frisco overnighter

Nice property and great location one block off Main St. owner should include info on how to operate tv/remotes. Info said we could park in garage but there is no space for that unit so a bit confusing. Never could find the dumpster to remove trash otherwise enjoyed the unit

Coffee maker broken, complementary coffee very poor quality, remote batteries dead, no outside garbage disposal but the shower is great. Need to be more considerate of tenant vs. owner.

Great location right on the shuttle route to Copper!

Cute studio apartment that was the perfect place to stay for skiing at Copper. Less than a block away from the free shuttle which runs every half hour. Super convenient and more affordable than staying on the mountain. Only slight inconvenience to note is that unlocking the door requires an extra step that isn’t at all intuitive and wasn’t explained in the check-in instructions. The property assured me that they will be providing clearer instructions to guests going forward

Mountain retreat

This condo was our home base for all things Summit county and the location was ideal! Also a perfect location within Frisco itself. The condo had everything we needed and was clean an was just as it looks in the pictures. We will absolutely be back!

Not as described and a funky smell

This studio was described to have a queen bed and it was definitely a full size bed. This poses a serious problem when your significant other is 6’5”. When I called to voice my concern it was totally minimized and I was even questioned on my accuracy of the bed size. We were offered an air mattress which felt pretty silly since I had just described that my bf was 6’5”. We were told that nothing could be done because it was 5:30 and management was gone but we were promised a call in the morning. This phone call never happened. There was a VERY STRONG odd odor in the room that we couldn’t identify or eliminate. We didn’t even bring this one up since nothing was done about the biggest concern… the bed. We know they have no reason to provide customer service because they already have my money and there are plenty of people who will still rent from them in my place.

Not a dealbreaker for me, but the jets on the hot tub do not work. Spoke with permanent resident and it has been an issue for several years. Otherwise great place, fantastic location.

The unit was clean and well-appointed, but the amenity description should be updated to reflect the lack of a working hot tub.

Good clean condo in a great location with a bad management company

The place was clean and just as described, but the management company unfortunately ruined the experience. From the parking instructions that were wrong to the code for the hot tub that didn't work and their lackluster communication. Never got to use the hot tub. Whoever owns this condo should reconsider who manages their property.

Anniversary trip and visiting daughter

Perfect spot for this trip. We hiked Mount Royal and biked around Dillon Lake and to Breckenridge for Octoberfest right from the condo and could walk to several restaurants. Did not need a car!

Perfect place for our weekend stay.

This place worked out great for us. Just off Main in Frisco, the little studio unit was perfect. The parking information was a little confusing at first, but talking to the property manager cleared it up. I think it had a combination of parking info for two locations. A recent visitor thought it would be funny to change Prime to Japanese, but Google Translator made short work of that prank. And it was a nice big smart TV.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
