IMPORTANT: this is a top-of-the-range, contemporary-style chalet, furnished to a high standard, with large bay windows and plenty of natural light (south-facing). It's perfect for family reunions, relaxing weekends with friends and ski weekends. Not suitable for graduation parties, drinking parties, etc... We ensure that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement is respected (strict on-site supervision) and we ask tenants to respect the quiet of the neighborhood after 10 pm, under penalty of penalties.

-IMPORTANT:
-All guests have to fill out a pre check-in form through a "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon the booking confirmation.
-The verification steps require the guest to fill out the contact information, a valid ID and an authorization for a hold for the security deposit of $800.
Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after the departure if no damage was done to the property

Other points to note:
Adherence to the House Rules outlined herein is an essential condition of the vacation rental agreement. Non-compliance with the aforementioned House Rules may incur penalties, including the deduction of amounts from the security deposit.
-Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times.
-A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained.
SPA AND HOT TUB
-The SPA and SAUNA are accessible year-round. Using glassware in or near the spa and sauna area is strictly prohibited for safety purposes. Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.
SMOKING
-No smoking, including vaping, inside the chalet. $250 fine for smoking indoors.
-Properly dispose of cigarette butts in provided ashtray, Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
PETS
-Pets allowed (2 max) with $100 for hypoallergenic cleaning fee. All our chalets guaranteed allergy-free.
-Pets must refrain from being on furniture.
-Please note that pets are only permitted in and around the private area of the chalet. They are therefore not allowed in the common areas of Fiddler.
NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal uproar;
VISITORS
-Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
-Report all damages and breakages to the Property Manager promptly. Failure to do so may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. --To prevent damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
COMPLIANCE
-Owner/Manager may terminate occupancy and evict Guests/Visitors for non-compliance or causing disturbance to neighbors/residents.
