Centrally located in the âgolden triangleâ of Woodstock, Saugerties, and Kingston, this is the perfect base to explore upstate. The house itself offers two spacious living areas, one with a fireplace, a large dining area and two main level bedrooms. Upstairs an additional bunk room with private games room for the kiddos, 2 further large upper bedrooms (one king, one queen) offers total sleeping possibilities for 14!
Outside you can kayak or sail on the creek, fish - the creek has brown and rainbow trout as well as bass, carp and panfish - or just relax in the hot tub with water views. For even more privacy and greater views across the water, use the sky top deck for sunbathing, cocktails or star gazing!
Dinner is easy; within 15 minutes in any direction, you could be in a great restaurant. Or take advantage of the homesâ spacious and well stocked kitchen where a group can cook and socialize together.
Like all Upstate Place properties, this home has a crib, highchair, baby bath etc. available to make even the smallest guestâs stay welcoming and easy.

Main level has entry, kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed (has a double on the bottom) and a twin bed, bathroom with shower / bath combo, and the laundry area.
2nd level has 3 bedrooms, one with a King and one with Queen bed, a second bunk room with two bunk sets plus game room, and bathroom with tub/ shower combo and the sauna. Cocktail sun terrace is off the larger bedroom, which also has a seating area.

Weather: During the winter months, there may be ice, snow, and hazardous conditions. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please ask about the plowing schedule for the house. Most driveways are plowed at or before 3â of accumulation.
Animals and Pests: The house is in a rural environment and surrounded by countryside, farms and wildlife. Although itâs wonderful to observe the eagles, deer, bears, and adorable chipmunks, it can also mean you will hear coyotes and foxes at night, and encounter the less cute mice, flies, snakes, ants, bees and ticks. There is very little to be done about it, but by keeping doors closed or screened and food in its appropriate storage, unwelcome guests will stay outside where they belong. All our properties benefit from scheduled pest control, but we are in a natural environment and we can not fortify the houses completely.
Cleaning Guarantee: We are very proud of our housekeeping team who go above and beyond. Because of their hard work and high professional standards, we are able to guarantee our cleaning to our guests. We take time stamped video and photos of the cleaned property and do not refund for any small issues found during a stay. Instead, should a guest feel that something is amiss or needs additional attention, we will gladly have a housekeeper attend the home to take care of it within 12 hours of an issue being reported.
This home may have weekly lawn and trash services as well as monthly pest control service. Service providers may access the exterior front yard and back yard during your stay to ensure the home is properly maintained.
Rental Agreement: Please know that we require all guests to sign a rental lease agreement.
Pets: This property only allows dogs.
This house has two levels and may not be suitable for guests who donât wish to use stairs.
Additional Fees: Depending on their requirements, guests will be subject to the following additional fees
