Welcome to our beautiful top-floor condominium with breathtaking views of the pool and Lake Norman. Just steps away from the North Harbor Club, Enjoy exquisite dining with a stunning waterfront ambiance. Nestled in a charming cove, you’re within walking distance to The Cottage wine bar and The Cabin cocktail bar, featuring live music on weekends.

A short 5-minute drive takes you to the quaint town of Davidson. Explore its eclectic mix of locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants, all centered around The Village Green. This vibrant hub hosts annual events like the Concerts on the Green music series and serves as a venue for Davidson College's outdoor events.

Our condo features two comfortable bedrooms, with the master offering serene views of the lake and pool. Relax in the cozy living room with a fireplace and smart TV or cook up a storm in the freshly remodeled kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances. Enjoy outdoor activities with nearby walking trails, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The condo includes one bathroom, with bath and pool towels provided. Utilities such as a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a smart TV in the sitting room are all included.

We require a minimum 3-night stay, but exceptions can be made upon inquiry. Please note, pets are not allowed.

Perfect weekend

The place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location! The owner responds promptly and is super helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. The pool was refreshing and convenient. Great place! Will plan to stay again in the future!

Beautiful condo in a great location with a fabulous restaurant within walking distance! Tamara was very responsive and a terrific host. Our only disappointment was there wasn't a table on the balcony that was featured in the pictures.

Beautiful bright and cheerful place! Excellent communication with host. Very nice decor and excellent location-could walk to best restaurant on the lake! Really enjoyed the pool on the hot days

Great weekend getaway

We came for a 4-day weekend to attend a concert. The location was great. Close to the freeway which allowed easy access to Ubers. The place was very clean. The check in process was very simple. Loved the deck overlooking the pool & harbor. Quiet neighborhood

Nice Condo, just not right for us

The condo was very nice; however the location was not exactly waterfront or water accessible. Probably our misunderstanding of the area. It was an exploratory venture for us to learn the area so it served that purpose well. The only real negative is the excessive loudness of the AC unit. Hard to sleep. of the AC UM

Fantastic condo stay with pool and view of the harbor

Our condo stay was excellent with our 2 small children. The condo is a top floor with direct view of the pool and harbor from the porch. We made full use of the pool that had steps into 3ft with depth of 5ft max. The condo was very clean, comfortable for sleep, and had everything we could need and more. Beach towels were very helpful! The smart TV and Alexa helped with entertainment needs. It is located very close to Davidson for any shopping or dining and extremely easy to get on/off of 77 for travel around Lake Norman area or to Charlotte. The owner was very responsive on any questions and a great host. We'd recommend and stay again. While located across from the harbor & I-77, the road noise was not noticeable from inside as the bedrooms are located on the opposite side. While we did not use, the pickleball courts looked nice and in daily use.

Excellent spot for parents to stay when visiting Davidson students! It is a short drive to campus, but has lake views and is a great place for the student to come and hang out and get some laundry done.

Great Stay!

Had a very nice, quiet stay while visiting Charlotte. Unit was very clean, beds comfortable and place was quiet.We had everything we needed and the pool was a nice bonus for us.

Small but cute, convertible, convenient

Cute place. Kitchen is tiny but works well. View is more I-77 than Lake Norman, and there isn’t much of a walking path along the lake. But location is super convenient to downtown Davidson

Repeat Stays!

Perfect for a couple or if you are traveling alone. I have stayed here several times and find it so convenient to everything. The only thing is that there isn't an elevator so if you have have trouble climbing stairs (4 flights), it could be tough.

Very disappointing

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated but we were very disappointed with our stay here. Upon arriving after a 7 1/2 hr. drive, we went to dinner and came back to find that we had locked ourselves out. We began calling and messaging Tammy and the management company who said they would contact the owner. After 2 hrs. of waiting, we drove to a nearby hotel to spend the night. 6 hrs. later (3:30 am) we received a response from Tammy with the lockbox code to get the key. Our suggestion might be that this code is included in the instructions. The condo is not lakefront as advertised but overlooks the private boat docks. Also, the I77 traffic can be heard at all times. Very disappointing.

Boutique Condo

Such a beautiful little place! The decorations and the use of space were exquisite. Everything was spit spot clean. The host answered the few questions that we had immediately. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it was more of a white noise and didn’t affect sleep at all. And yes, it is close to 77, but that also did not bother us. The location is great, From the walking trails to the quick drive into the little town of Davidson. It is a lovely little place.

I have always wanted to live on the lake. When exploring properties a few years ago, I knew this gem would fit all my needs. I fell in love with this condo the minute I walked through the door. It's so comfortable and the deck is an extension of living space which provides so much relaxation for the soul. It's very hard to describe, but the vibe in the community makes you feel like you are always on vacation. I have decided to host and share all the beauty this condominium offers. I look forward to providing a wonderful stay for all.
