Inside, the living is just as stellar with its soft furnishings, modern appliances, and tasteful decorations! The spacious living room is the perfect spot to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. In the adjacent full kitchen, you'll be delighted to discover a suite of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When mealtime rolls around, gather as a family at the wooden dining table.

The bedrooms are equally comfortable with their plush linens, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. The kids are sure to love the Mickey Mouse decorations adorning their room. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
