Although we were only in town for two nights this property was perfectly located for our needs. Close to both the marina, good food and adult fun.Would definitely book this property again.

House is amazing. House was very clean and just the right size for our larger family. My wife said it was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The views are great. Everything as pictured except the beach area which is not there. House still deserves 5 stars as it checks all the boxes if you’re looking for quiet spot on the bay.

Your own private beach!

The property is absolutely beautiful! Super clean, quite and secluded, but close to everything. The backyard opens to a small private beach and offers kayaks for the adventurous. We will return!

Housr and property are amazing!!, everything you need in the house is there and more, but the location is to far from the beach, if the house had a pool it would be perfect!!!, but the amenities, the space, the host is amazing too!!, and everything else was much more than expected!!!!!, Thank you!!

False advertising. 30 minutes from any beach & we were disappointed upon arrival that there is NO sandy beach area at all like pictured. We booked this thinking my 3 year old would enjoy playing in the sandy area pictured but it’s grass up to the water. I immediately voiced my concern and the response was that it’s a natural shoreline so there is more or less sand exposed at different times of day. No,that isn’t the issue. There is obviously a manmade beach in the listing photos that is sandy above where water ever comes. I pointed that out and they still said it wasn’t deceptive it was due to tide. I can see where the mangroves are - the line is obvious where sand should be if it was like in the photos. Also, there isn’t a hammock available as pictured which isn’t a big deal but don’t advertise it if you don’t have it. We were looking forward to using that also.

Very nice place to stay. Saftey Harbor right out your back door with kayaks which we loved! Plenty of space for a family with some fun karaoke

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING

This house wayyyy exceeded my expectations!! The house is good but the property and the conveniences that the host provide’s has SO MUCH VALUE. The wildlife was amazing including kayaking with dolphins, crabs and fish everywhere. A great place to stay for a family. I would recommend this house to all my friends and family as a great vacation experience without even leaving the house. Fully stocked with life jackets, kayaks, games, cooking stuff, coffee bar….Don’t sleep on this place.

Awesome Beach House

My family and I stayed at this beach house this summer. We had a wonderful time. The house and property were very clean. The hosts thought of everything and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. They had towels, beach towels, all types of kitchen appliances like a blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots and pans, dinnerware and utensils. We grilled using the gas grill, a couple of times. They provided two large propane tanks. They even provided detergent pods for the huge washer and dryer. You really don't have to bring anything except your clothes, personal hygiene stuff and food if you want to cook. Stores, mall, and many restaurants are not too far away. I suggest the Pinellas Farmers and Flea market if it's still there. That was only 20 minutes away. Clearwater Beach was about 20 minutes away. We also went to Fort DeSoto beach which was about an hour away and was beautiful and not crowded. The view was phenomenal and we went kayaking almost every day. There are 4 kayaks. 2 of them can fit one person each and 2 of them can fit 2 people on each kayak. Saw a ton of fish spawning right in front of the house our first day. A lot of wildlife to see. The house is in a quiet area, which we loved. Bring your bug spray because there are a lot of mosquitos and biting insects and because it's Florida. We had a great time and would love to come back again one day!

Spring Break with Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very nice waterfront property! The location was ideal and the house was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, some hammock time, and the use of the kayaks, canoes and bikes! The host was very responsive and readily available as needed. We highly recommend this property and hope to return when able.

Beautiful Sunrise

This property was gorgeous and they thought of everything. We enjoyed our time here and wish we would have stayed longer. Beautiful location off of the harbor with kayaks fishing poles bikes plus the property was really clean and well taken care of.
