Beach Access: The home is conveniently located just a short 4-minute car ride or ten-minute bike ride to three of the island's best beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach.

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Ground Level: The home has a single car garage with parking for 2-3 more vehicles depending on size. Outside the back garage door, you'll find a spacious pool and lounge area with a flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite show or sports programming. Behind the pool is a grassy area to enjoy a number of outdoor games provided. For outdoor cooking, there is a propane grill available. There is also an outdoor shower.

First Floor: The first floor features a spacious gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes quartz countertops throughout and an oversized island. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The open floor plan incorporates the living and dining rooms, with a flat-screen TV mounted over an electric fireplace that has color-changing flames. The large sliding glass doors open up to the first-floor deck, which offers lounge seating. There is also a half bathroom on this level for convenience.

Second Floor: The second floor is where you'll find the owner's suite, featuring a luxurious king bed, a large flat-screen smart TV, and a beautifully detailed trey ceiling. The master bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a full tiled glass door shower. Additionally, there is a pack-n-play crib with a 3-inch mattress in this room. The second floor also includes two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen smart TV, while the other room has a twin over full bunk and a flat-screen smart TV as well. These two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry area, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, is also located on this level.

This property has one active security camera on premise. It is pointed to the driveway and road.


Beach Access: The house offers easy access to three nearby beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach. All three beaches are within 1.5 miles of the property and provide amenities such as bathrooms, outdoor showers, and wheelchair accessible beach matting. Chaplin Park at Burkes Beach, in particular, offers ample parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, and walking trails.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
