Tervetuloa Ingletoniin! Rentoudu uima-altaan äärellä. Kala tai rapu tai piknik laiturin päässä. Tee kaikki kolme. Mene pyöräilyyn. Mennä patikoimaan. Mennä veneilemään. Äskettäin rakennettu kotimme 2 ½ hehtaarilla on täydellinen paikka seuraavalle perhelomalle. Upeat näkymät vesille melkein jokaisesta huoneesta. Herää, napata kuppi kahvia, rentoudu sängyssä ja katso vain vettä. Tai ota kahvi ulkona ja istu Adirondack-tuolissa tai ulos laiturilla saadaksesi todella lähikuva.

Meillä on kaksi polkupyörää sinun käyttöösi. Maasto on tasainen ja pyöräily on helppoa. Jos sinulla on vene, voit päästä laiturillemme vettä pitkin Miles-jokea ylöspäin tai perävaunulla veneen purkamiseen noin mailin tai kahden päässä talosta. Talomme on täydellinen yhdelle tai kahdelle perheelle. On olemassa kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa parisängyt ja oma kylpyhuone. On vielä kaksi makuuhuonetta (queen-vuode yhdessä ja kaksoset toisessa), joissa on oma kylpyamme. Yläkerrassa on perhehuone, joka nukkuu kaksi (upeat näkymät!) ja ensimmäisessä kerroksessa den, joka nukkuu vielä kaksi. Ruokasali mahtuu kymmeneen mukavasti ja modernin keittiön avulla on helppo valmistaa ruokaa väkijoukolle (tai lämmittää jäännökset alueen upeista ravintoloista).

Tarjoamme liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Keittiö on täysin varustettu. Otamme mielellämme koiria niin kauan kuin he ovat koulutettuja ja vauvoja, vaikka he eivät olekaan. Pyydämme vain, että kohtelemme talomme kohtelua kuin omaa. Se ei ole vain vuokra; käytämme sitä koko ajan.

No exaggeration, this was one of the nicest stays at a rental home I've ever had. The home is comfortable and inviting, everything worked, there was space for everyone both inside and out, and the host was wonderful. The best part of the home, though, is the simply stellar location and view. The sunsets were just fabulous. I hope to visit again!

Minda's home provides a delightful escape from the daily hustle and bustle. While there's much to see and do in Easton and the surrounding area, we found that we didn't want to leave the house. The area is quite and the views are spectacular. The house itself is immaculately clean, comfortable and has all the supplies you need for a large group to dine-in. We are looking forward to returning.

What a beautiful property! The minute you walk in the front door, you are treated to a gorgeous view of the water. My adult family thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool, the yard, dock, kayaks, bikes, hammocks, fire pit, sunset view, and more! This house is ideally situated on the water, and not far from Easton, which has some great restaurants and is very charming. Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive and for sharing their lovely home with us. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful retreat

We had a wonderful time at this home! There was ample space for our group of 5 adults and 5 children and the home was well equipped. The pool was perfect for young children, the water views were beautiful and there was plenty of green space for lawn games. A nice bonus was the short drive to the cute towns of Easton and St. Michael’s.

Amazing family vacation on the water

The photos of this listing don’t do the house any justice. The property is beautiful. The house is open and well stocked. The view is amazing. The pool is just perfect. We came with myself, my husband, our 2 year old, my mom and brother, and his dog. Everyone had their own space and privacy, allowing for everyone to relax on their own timeline. Ending the day to the amazing sunsets over the water from the pool were my favorite. There are grocery stores and other things of that nature within just over 10 minutes. Minda was amazing and very easy to access when we had questions. There is plenty of towels for both shower and pool. We all left saying how fabulous of a house this was and the perfect place to vacation. The guys even caught crabs for dinner the last night. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home!

Beautiful for Family Getaway

We spent a long weekend in this beautiful waterfront home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, spacious, airy and elegant -- but inviting and casual. We had three adult couples, and each enjoyed having their own private bath. The kitchen is well equipped and we had fun cooking a big dinner in one night. The views of the waterfront are gorgeous -- we enjoyed watching the sunsets each evening. The location is quiet and private, yet it's a quick drive to the charming towns of St. Michaels and Easton, which both have some memorable shops and restaurants. We'd love to return sometime!

Modern, spacious new house with beautiful, wide water view, incredibly responsive owners!

So grateful to the Goldbergs for making their lovely Easton waterfront home available! Everything worked, of course, as the house is almost new - large great room with high ceilings and windows, all spaces clean and very well maintained throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, pool (which we didn't use because we rented for the Holidays in December), garage - peaceful, large vistas throughout the house of Hunting Creek and through to the wide Miles River and even a bit of St. Michael's shoreline. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful Thanksgiving with the Family

Our family Thanksgiving at Ingleton was wonderful! We had 6 adults and our first granddaughter. The house was big enough to accommodate all of our needs. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and everything we needed was provided. The owners, Minda and Stephen, were helpful in answering all of our questions before and after we arrived. The towns of Easton and St. Michaels are very charming and fun to visit. But the best part of the trip was sitting on the adirondack chairs in the evening and watching the sun go down. We look forward to returning someday soon!

Immediate relaxation!

Wonderful location, property, & home. Exceptional waterfront! Instantly felt relaxed as we stepped through the front door. Home very inviting and comfortable- pictures didn't do it justice! Enjoyed the pool, kayaks, & seeing all of the varied wildlife. We rented a boat for the week and explored the great area and visited St Michaels by boat (& car). Wonderful memories for 3 generations of family members were created. Only minor issues were the fire pit didn't work (owner contacted and responded quickly) & sofa sleeper in office unable to be used.

Family Fun

Our stay at the Ingleton house included 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 8, 9, 10 and 13. We fished, kayaked, hiked, rode bikes, swam in the beautiful pool. I brought a badminton net that we set up across the huge backyard. Plenty of space to play. We also played baseball. There’s ample room out back for a 9 yr old slugger to get a few hits. The location was a short drive to St. Michael’s. We had ice cream at Justine’s and dinner at the Crab Claw. Lovely town, beautiful house, great location. We had a terrific time.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Chesapeake Bay, and it hopefully won't be our last. We found the owners extremely responsive and accomodating from the first time we inquired about the property until we received our deposit back. They obviously take great pride in their home. The house itself was beautiful and very clean. We spent most of our time poolside, but also went kayaking, played lawn games and fished off the dock. The property was so peaceful and we rarely saw anyone out on the water, with the exception of one or two commercial clammers. We felt like we had our own private view of the sunset, and it was stunning! We had a great week.

Property for all ages

We are a family of 5 with a college-age daughter and 2 middle schoolers. All of us loved our time at this beautiful property. The kids could kayak & paddle board on the calm, shallow river and they all enjoyed exploring off the dock—we saw jellyfish, crabs, and many different birds. The adults, too, could enjoy sunset with a glass of wine or coffee. After sundown, it was game time! The homeowners provided lots of games and bikes that guests could use. When we had questions, they were quite responsive & accommodating. We couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to return!

PERFECT FAMILY ESCAPE!

While we wished for weather that was slightly better, we still enjoyed every minute of our 3 days. The weather didn't stop us from using the Kayaks or trying to catch a crab or two. the yard was perfect for exercising the kids and the puppies. It was a short easy drive into town, for some shopping, eating and even a visit to a rum distillery. The wineries were all closed at the beginning of the week this time of year. The house was supplied with everything we needed. The listing was spot on, and there was more than enough room for all 10 of us. The kids were even talking about a return visit when the pool is open.. that says a lot!! We all would highly recommend this home for a relaxing time to reconnect with family. It was everything I hoped it would be. thank you!

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you might need. We had issues with the A/C and the owner responded quickly to get it repaired. The pool was beautiful and we spent most of our time in it. Unfortunately we weren't able to swim in the river due to the many jellyfish and stingrays there. (I think I read that in the reviews I saw before we went.) The crib that they provide was not suitable for use - bring a pack n play! We had 10 family members - from infants to adults, and the house worked fine for us. Lots of seating, beautiful views of the water.

Great space for a group

Property exactly as described and was a great fit for our group of eight adults. All remarked about the beautiful views. Large dining table that was perfect for game night. Enjoyed blue crabs on the screened in porch where the table was again big enough to seat all of us. Well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, with plenty of towels. We even used the Murphy bed, which was comfortable for one person. Kitchen was well equipped except for the induction cookware which we learned won’t bring a pot of water to boil on a gas stove! Appreciated and enjoyed the yard games. Did not kayak as it was quite windy the day we had planned for that. We did use the pool as the water temperature was still comfortable. Convenient to both Easton and St. Michaels. Was some confusion about a later checkout which the host said was available but then housekeeping showed up at 10 am anyway. Not an issue as most of us had already departed and we just enjoyed the deck for a bit longer. Great place which we would consider renting again.

What a gem of a property! There is a chair in the living/family room that you can sit in and watch both the sun rise through the front glass door and the sunset through the wall of glass sliding doors in the back over the water. Incredibly well-equipped kitchen and very thoughtfully designed house. Gorgeous views and short ride to Easton and St. Michaels. We would love to visit again in the warmer weather and take advantage of the pool and the bay.
