Fantastic stay
This was secondary home base for family in town for graduation. This home is beautiful and is exactly as listed with plenty of space for all the breakout activities for all the varying age groups. Of course the pool table and theatre room were the biggest hits. This home was lovely and very well stocked. There was no shortage of linen, TP, and kitchenware. 10/10 Just two notes for large groups: 1: If your stay will have a large group try to consolidate some of the vehicles. We were able to get 6 in the driveway and one in the back parking pad. It got a little squirrelly when people wanted to make the inevitable store runs or an early/late departure/arrival. 2. The home has a french door refrigerator. If you have a large group. I'd say bring a large cooler or two to help with the overflow of beverages that will surely happen.

This neighborhood was the top pick for us as it is at the heart of Athens. This is a private home while still close to the best shops and restaurants Athens has to offer and right down the road from the University and Sanford Stadium.
