Good morning, We arrived around 1930 hours. We ended up getting checked in to a room after about 50 minute wait. We went in to our room which had a horrible smell and had the window open. We had to sleep with our window open due to the smell. The door handle to the bathroom was full of grime and sticky. The bathtub had hairs, the night stands had grime, the couch was filthy with visible white stains. Well rinsed a cup in the kitchen sink and the water would go down, we had to use the garbage disposal for water to go down. We notified the front desk in the morning and asked for them to please go clean the room. We returned to our room that night just to find that the room was exactly the same. They had not gone in there to clean. The trashcan was still full, the towels still in the floor, bed wasn’t made, everything exactly how we had left it. My husband went downstairs to tell them and they said that they had gone to clean it. I do not see how that is cleaning if everything was exactly the same way we left it. This was a horrible experience, I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a bath.
