Treetop sleeps 8 and is newly renovated with quartz countertops, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new hickory flooring on first floor, newly updated full baths, and new carpet in second floor bedrooms for comfy wake up calls. Views from the primary bedroom deck overlook the woods, in fact you'll feel like you are in the TREETOPS looking out most every window. You'll love sitting around the firepit roasting marshmallows or lounging on the screened porch to avoid pesky mosquitos. If the temperature drops at night, just turn on the fireplace with the remote! Located between Gilford and Wolfeboro, 20 minutes to each, Suissevale offers tennis courts, playground, sandy beaches, waterside barbeques with picnic benches under the pines. Within two milles you'll find Castle in the Clouds, 100 Acre Wood Riding Stables, many hiking paths, and great restaurants. Linens and towels are provided, gas grill, air conditioned and two zone heat, Sit in Kayaks, life jackets, beach chairs, cooler and beach wagon included. Discounts for multi week rentals.

We had a lovely stay at Treetop and it was perfect for our family. The home is in a wooded area of the community and a quick drive to the private beach for swimming and boating. The home was well equipped with the essentials needed for cooking and gathering the family together. Sitting in the screened in porch while sipping a cup of coffee was bliss. My parents enjoyed the first floor bedroom while my husband and I stayed in the bedrooms upstairs with our girls. The beds were very comfortable. A few notes, while not necessarily negatives we feel it should be mentioned…There are 3 actual bedrooms, not 4 as advertised. The first floor bedroom has a full size bed. The master bedroom has a king with en suite bathroom and the other room has a full size bed.The fourth “bedroom” is in the walkout basement and a sofa bed. The basement has a wet musty smell which caused us to not use it at all. I would not consider it a bedroom. The first floor bedroom is supposed to be a queen but is more of a full size and tends to sag if the mattress slides off the frame.The bedrooms all have either a window or standalone AC unit which all worked nicely. The newer wall unit for the living area and kitchen did not function well and unfortunately, was needed during a heat wave with humidity.Otherwise, we enjoyed staying and would love to rent it again for our family.

Great rental!

We rented for a month and everything was perfect! The house had everything we needed. It was modern and recently updated. The listing didn't mention the full finished basement so that was a nice surprise. Suissevale is a great community and we enjoyed the beach on many days. If you are a boater the access to the lake is great. The owner was responsive to any of our inquiries. Would highly recommend!

Treetops was lovely

Such a nicely appointed home! From the screen porch to the spacious, functional kitchen it really was a lovely place to spend two weeks enjoying Lake Winnipesaukee. The house was clean and comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. The only minor issue was that the bed in the master bedroom was quite high. There literally was a stepladder to get into it! This might present a challenge for some older people. All in all a great house!

Overall Great Stay

Check in process was nice and easy. Finding the house was also easy. The house was everything we wanted and hoped for, it was clean and cozy and the downstairs room was a perfect hangout spot. We loved staying so much that we were planning on booking again for next year, until the unthinkable happened. They have some mouse traps in the house which are the contained and tamper-proof type which we were not concerned about as we knew our dog and baby wouldn't be able to access them where they are placed, but what we didn't know was that there was also loose mouse poison which our dog found and got into. This happened on our checkout day, while we were packing our car and we had to rush to the vet for emergency help. Luckily we got there fast enough that it appears all will be well with our dog, but this is something that we are going to be more diligent about even in the pet friendly listings. Darlene has been good about communication and giving us the info we needed to get our dog the help that she needed, and has checked in with us regarding our dog as well as offered to pay the vet bills due to this unforeseen incident. Overall good stay, we loved the house and everything, just an unimaginable ending to our otherwise amazing vacation.
