This thoughtfully appointed two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is perfectly located between downtown TC, Long Lake, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Do you want a space that is large enough for a small family? Do you dislike the thought of spending multiple days in a hotel? Then this is a great option for your vacation.
The space
This is a stylish well appointed 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit equipped with all of the comfort and kitchen amenities you may enjoy at home.
All units are located on one property, which is located on the west side of Traverse City, just 10 minutes from downtown. Far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the serene outdoors as well as being a short drive from all that TC has to offer
Traveling with a group and want to be near each other? Stay next door in the adjacent unit or the next building over! 28 North Extended Stay Properties offers 16 impeccably furnished units all located on one property.

Each of our units are located in a building consisting of four units. There are four buildings on the property totaling 16 furnished extended stay rental units.
Each unit has a private entrance after entering the four plex. Each rental unit also has a sliding back door giving access to a private deck or patio.

Want to tour the vineyards, breweries, beaches, or something else? 28 North Extended Stay Property also offers private tours of our vineyards, breweries, beaches, etc, in our Mercedes Benz Sprinter. Our luxurious sprinter boasting all leather interior, two satellite tv’s, a refrigerator, and bathroom, has room for up to 6 guests. Our drivers will pick you up and drop you off at your door while also tailoring your tour to your desires!
