Create the vacation of your dreams when you settle down at this canal-view, Oak Island home. Nestled right alongside a marsh preserve, the wildlife viewing in this area is excellent! The views don't end there, from the home's dock and back porch you'll be able to gaze out at spectacular sunrises and sunsets - daily. Nearby, get your toes in the warm sand within minutes, or take peaceful walks around Middleton Park and the Oak Island Pier. If you decide to bring your kayak, canoe, or paddle board, utilize the dock during high tide and get out on the gleaming water.

On days that you'd prefer to not go far from your stay, utilize the home's plethora of outdoor seating, gas grill, outdoor games, and large lawn. An outdoor shower is also available in this space - perfect for rinsing the sand off your feet before heading inside.

Moments of pure peace can be spent in the spacious living room, adorned with soft seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. When mealtime rolls around, head for the full kitchen where the appliances are updated, the meal prep space is plentiful, and a wine fridge keeps all of your drinks cool. Picture-perfect memories will be curated around the formal dining table over family-style meals.

The primary bedroom offers its own private oasis with beautiful views of the marsh and an en suite bathroom. The additional rooms are just as lovely with their high-quality linens, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. Additional interior perks include a washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great Pet Friendly Home. Beautiful Marsh View and close to the beach.
This was a very nice home with nice amenities. The furniture and interior design was very nicely done and trendy/stylish. Appliances were very nice and a brand new dishwasher was being installed just before we checked in. The washer and dryer were new and modern and a great convenience. There is even a fold out armoire desk for the gamer in your family to setup for PC gaming and there are multiple large TVs. A back porch with a porch swing and ceiling fan was a favorite spot for watching the sunset and the marsh birds. The beach was a very short walk away and near two beach accesses. The railing and gates on both the front and back made for worry-free entry and exit with our rambunctious Jack Russell terrier who is a highly skilled escape artist. We could open the front and back doors without fear of him escaping. The combination of rustic hardwood flooring and area rugs made for a perfect pet friendly environment. The upstairs master bedroom and bath was also nice and allowed the kids to stay up and have access to the kitchen later at night. The beds were very comfortable. The exterior was freshly painted and the landscaping was nice. The house smelled clean and fresh. Overall we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the house and location. We’ve been coming to Oak Island for 25 years and this house was among our top 3 ever.

Lovely spacious house
We loved the house at Oak Island! It was cute and spacious especially for the price. The only negative I would say is that it took a long time to get answers on questions and help on issues. And the responses were not helpful either when they did respond. Overall we had a great time but that’s my only complaint. Would stay here again!

If you're going to Oak Island, this is where you want to stay
Good location, within walking distance to beach and the pier. Back porch view over the canal is a respite at the start/end of a busy day. Very restful and calming, with the light changing throughout the day. Large high-end grill with constant gas connection means you never have to worry about running out. Master bedroom upstairs IS the entire second floor, so there's an opportunity to get away from the crowd, if you're the person paying for the vacation. Nice TV. Wifi worked perfectly. Although we didn't try it, there's a gas fireplace for cold weather stays. The house is bright, cheery, and modern, with ample light throughout. And it's dog-friendly, so I'll be back with my faithful companions when the weather turns cooler. I've stayed at more than a few places at Oak Island, most of them pretty nice, but this is the best one so far.

We loved everything about the home and the location! The only thing I would mention is there was no soap in the bathrooms. There were soap dispensers, but they were empty.
