What a nightmare
Well for starters we never actually got to stay at the property. Communication from the owner was non existent until we reached out 3 hours after the check in time(we were in route to the location). After multiple tries we were finally able to get the owner on the phone. He had double booked the stay and was extremely hostile and rude towards us about his mistake. Thankfully Vrbo was able to find us somewhere else to stay for the night.
Unfortunately we are now going on two weeks with no refund for our “stay”. Customer service has been completely uncooperative and given us different answers every time we have spoken. Aside from the one agent that was able to help us the night of our stay we have been pushed to the side in every customer service representative conversation. It’s unfortunate that a company such as this displays such a lack of professionalism and a dismissive attitude towards their customers.
It should also be noted that this owners complete disregard for communication and obvious disdain towards accommodating his guests should be a leading factor in this hosts removal from the service.
