Indulge in relaxation and rejuvenation as you soak in the private hot tub, allowing the bubbling waters to wash away your worries. And if the weather is nice enough, treat your loved ones to a fun and savory barbecue using the provided gas grill. The main floor enjoys two bedrooms, one of them being a primary suite with a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms overlooking the backyard. When it comes to in-house entertainment, this home has a garage converted into a game room with air hockey, foosball, and boogie boards to take to the beach.

As you explore Manchester, immerse yourself in the local treasures. Discover the picturesque beaches, marvel at the breathtaking coastal views, and indulge in the rich cultural heritage of the area. Manchester State Park and Beach are only five miles away. Pomo Lake Park is one and a half miles away from the house and has a trail around the lake, many benches to sit and enjoy the sites and sounds of nature, a firepit and picnic area with restrooms, and many picnic tables throughout. Other great attractions include Navarro River Redwoods State Park, Point Arena Lighthouse, and Hendy Woods State Park.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
