Huvilamme sijaitsee toivotussa rakennuksessa, josta on upeat nÀkymÀt Land's Endiin. Se on 5. kerroksessa lÀhellÀ merta (4 yksikköÀ takana) ja on pÀivitetty uudella huonekalupaketilla ja keittiöpinnoilla. Taloyhtiömme sijaitsee Villa la Estanciassa Medanon rannalla, alueen ainoa turvallinen uimaranta. Nauti lomakokemuksesta kaikilla mukavuuksilla ja nauti samalla tilavan, yksityisen huvilan mukavuuksista, joissa on iso mukava parveke ja henkeÀsalpaavat nÀkymÀt merelle ja Land's Endille.

TÀssÀ kahden makuuhuoneen / kolmen kylpyhuoneen yksikössÀ on moderni keittiö, jossa on graniittitasot, aamiaisbaari, kaikki laitteet, pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekÀ pesuallas. Olohuoneessa on iso ruokapöytÀ, vuodesohva, tuolit ja taulutelevisio.
TÀllÀ alueella on myös tÀysin varustettu kylpyhuone vuodesohvaa kÀyttÀville vieraille.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oleskelutila, jossa sohva ja pöytÀ, armoir ja TV. PÀÀset suurelle parvekkeelle tÀÀltÀ ja oleskelutilasta ja erillisestÀ toisesta makuuhuoneesta.

Kylpyhuoneessa on poreallas, erillinen suihku, kaksi pesuallasta, istuvat turhamaisuusalue ja iso vaatekaappi.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-vuodetta, kaappi TV: llÀ ja kirjoituspöytÀ. Kylpyhuoneessa on poreallas, pesuallas, turhamaisuus, suihku ja iso vaatekaappi.

5. kerroksen parvekkeelta (suosikkini tila) on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle ja uima-altaille. SiinÀ on patio-pöytÀ ja tuolit, baarijÀÀkaappi ja pesuallas sekÀ kaksi erittÀin mukavaa pehmustettua lepotuolia (erittÀin houkutteleva nukkua siellÀ!)

KÀvele rannalla kaupunkiin tai kulje toiseen suuntaan ja löydÀ itsesi rauhallisesta autioista paratiisista!

SiellÀ on 24 tunnin vartiointi, vaikka emme ole koskaan tunteneet olonsa turhiksi rannalla tai venesatamalla kulkevalle omaisuudelle (loistavat ostosmahdollisuudet BTW) tai kaupungissa. Voit nauttia monista upeista ravintoloista kaupungissa, tarjoamme mielellÀmme luettelon suosikeistamme, jos haluat.

Excellent Property good location

The grounds were perfect. The unit was well maintained with a great view. The unit felt very safe and the staff was great. I will be booking again very soon. The bar was set very high after the stay!! Wife and friends were very happy!

Great property for families. Clean, near town, and the marina. Very quiet. Although the property is cashless and has no atms you do need cash for most taxis, fishing excursion and ATVs if you decide to do them. A kitchen fully stocked to cook.

This property checked all the boxes. Gorgeous views, swimming pool, swim up bar, private beach, full concierge service towel, market adjacent to the property. The condo itself was beautifully furnished very clean and perfect for our family.

Relaxing getaway

Villa Estancia exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nice location in swimmable beach, tranquil vibe, great taco bar. A couple of surprises such as cleaning every other day (rather than daily) and no BBQ utensils included were minir inconveniences. Would stay here again.

The rooms were great. The ancillary meals and drinks are so over priced. The pool is great. It does require a bit to go to other activities. A mile walk to Office etc. Overall a good time.

Best Villa in Cabo!

Seriously one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in! The place is just stunning, super clean, and very spacious. We went as a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls so it was so nice for them to have their own entrance and space! The master bedroom is so beautiful with a very large bathroom. And the views from all the rooms off the balcony are to die for! Great location too. About 10 min walk to town. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Gorgeous view in Cabo

Great condo. First stay in Cabo and location ideal. Condo beautiful and upscale. Property is similar to high end resort. Loved that there were so many amenities on the property. Service excellent. Condo absolutely gorgeous, spacious and view amazing. Had everything we needed and more than expected. Although busy Christmas week never felt over crowded. Beautiful property in an excellent location!

Rarely does our experience exceed our expectations. This unit is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The large deck was used often, for dining and for low key lounging. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bedrooms spacious with beautiful bathroom suites and expansive closet space. The pools were beautiful and uncrowded, despite it being Spring break week, and staff was lovely. Upon checking in, you will get the timeshare spiel, but it isn't overly forced. Owners were super responsive and wonderful to deal with, providing lots of good "local" information and tips. We loved this place, and plan to return.

The PERFECT place for your Cabo Vacation!

We just got back from an amazing stay in this unit. We've stayed at this property before, this particular unit has an AMAZING view off the large balcony! The unit is massive and perfect for families. We had teens with us and they loved having their own room that was separated from the main area. The unit has nice furnishings and a great kitchen with everything you could need. It also has a washer/dryer which we love on vacation. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Close to Medano beach (easy walk to The Office, our favorite) but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet as well. There are also lots of activities available right down the beach from the hotel (our teens went jet skiing). The resort has great restauants on site, a nice gym and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the hotel is also absolutely wonderful (literally everyone we encountered). You can easily get to the 2 sister resorts on either side and enjoy a nightly show or dinner. We had a spectacular time! I will most definitely be booking this unit again next time we go to Cabo!

Great location

Stayed here with friends. Great building location and views. Very quiet. You enter through the main door and then into separate sides. The Primary suite has the bedroom and living areas attached. The secondary bedroom is its own entrance and is not attached to the living area. This was great for having adults as you each have your own space. If you had young children you may not feel as comfortable having the separation but really not an issue unless they are really young. Well maintained and comfortable furniture. Outside area was also nice. We didn’t use it but it does have a propane grill outside and and outdoor fridge. The only thing that would have been nice is to provide some laundry soap and maybe a roll of paper towels. It’s cashless on the property but you’ll want some smaller bills for the taxis. Overall great stay and location. Would recommend.

Family Vacation

This resort is absolutely beautiful! Traveled from the USA for a week stay in Cabo San Lucas, our first visit. The condo makes a statement the second you approach the gated door leading into the two suites. We took the recommendations of others and stopped at Walmart prior to check-in. Anything else we just picked up at the onsite market. We loved that it was not crowded, not a party scene, and had great security. The beach is easily accessible with only a 5 minute walk. The condo has every amenity you need and the kitchen is fully stocked. We were a group of family and friends; and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Villa at a Fantastic Resort. More than happy.

Our family of seven stayed for one week and we loved every bit of it. There really wasn't anything to be disappointed about. In fact, we were all impressed over and over again with the condo and the resort. First, the condo has all you need for your stay. Plenty of room to stretch out, no one is on top of each other. A very large patio with an amazing view overlooking the pool from five floors up! The condo was clean and neat and everything worked as expected. We did most of our cooking in the condo, as we stopped at the SuperWalmart on our way from the airport get our groceries, which is very close to Villa la Estancia, and you can find plenty of extra items at the on-site store. Most of our stay we were on site sitting at the pool and enjoying the swim-up bar or the great poolside service. Overall, we were very impressed with how well they keep the grounds and buildings up. We noticed constant cleaning everywhere. It was nice to see how well it all looked and how pleasant every member of the staff was. We had a breakfast at La Casona, the onsite restaurant. Excellent food and presentation. Once again we were impressed. We hope to return to Villa la Estancia and stay here again. The pictures do not do it justice!

We were blown away by how nice this place was. From the views to the size of the room, the food, and the location, everything was perfect. The property owners were also great to work with. I highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit this location again.

Amazing stay

The owner answered several emails with questions before our trip like, can I drive there? Where can we eat? And she answered immediately. Place is amazing and don’t feel like the pics show how beautiful it is! In person is. 100 times better than the pics. Views are breathtaking. And the rooms and beds are huge, and super comfortable. . Do not hesitate to stay here! You won’t regrets it!

Amazing vacation spot

We stayed here the last week of July and everything was perfect. The weather was amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautiful, and safe, and the view was incredible. There are a couple of things to note that we didn’t know beforehand because no one else mentioned them
the resort itself (Villa La Estancia) is a cash free resort, meaning you give them your card info at the beginning and you can charge things to your room. There are a few restaurants to choose from, and you have access to the ones at the other two resorts next to this one as well. This particular place is actually two separate rooms. They’re like apartments. You walk down the hallway (all open to the outside and fresh air) to a metal door that opens with your keycard, inside the iron door is a small foyer type space with a wooden door to the right and left. On the left is the room with the two full sized beds and bathroom, and on the right is the master, main living space, and kitchen. At the back of the ‘apartment’ the two rooms are connected via the long patio. The front wooden doors lock, so the only way to go back and forth is to have the key at all times, knock, prop the doors open, or use the patio. This is a great option for older kids or adults, but we had two younger children and it made us uncomfortable that they were unable to get to us at night if needed, so we had one child/one adult stay in one room, and the other adult and child stay in the other. It just would have been nice to know the layout in advance. When you walk down the steps to the ocean area, you’re right at the ocean. It’s breathtaking! The waves at this whole area can get pretty strong. People do claim pool chairs at the pool and beach area very early and hold on to them most of the day, but we were still able to find spots when we wanted. Scheduling, and getting, our COVID tests was very quick and easy, and done at the the resort next door, just a short walk from where we were staying. Our stay was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to visit Cabo!

We are a family of five (seven if you count dogs) from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We have long, extremely long, cold winters that are crazy busy with hockey, synchronized swimming, indoor soccer, cubs.... We are both in the dental field. Villa la Estancia is the perfect paradise for us.

We choose Cabo San Lucas because we appreciate the dependable weather and the variety of activities. It is easy to get to, we can leave home in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon. The gym is great (very important), I love a beach massage ($20!!), and the food and shopping are spectacular. We find it to be the perfect balance of lots to do or just enjoy the beach and pool. We are delighted that the condo is so large that we have more than enough room to de-stress and you can't beat the value. We look forward to one day being able to spend weeks at a time here.

Our villa is located in desirable building one with a great view of Land's End. It is on the fifth floor close to the ocean and has been recently uograded with a new furniture package and kitchen surfaces.
