Kaunis ja rauhallinen 4 makuuhuoneen koti aivan Banana-joella upealla näkymällä. Katso delfiinien ja manaattien takapihalla oma uima-allas (ei lämmitetty!) ja valtameri alle mailin päässä kadulta.
Tässä hyvin varustetussa kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Sisätiloissa asuminen on yli 2800 jalkaa, ja sieltä on näkymät vedelle kaikista oleskelutiloista ja kauniista makuuhuoneesta ja kylpyhuoneesta.
Talossa on biljardipöytä, langaton internet, tv ja grilli kodin viihdettä varten.
Meillä on kajakkeja nautintoasi varten, jotta voit käydä tutustumassa mangrovesaariin.

Amazing House

This is a great property in a GREAT location. House is very well equipped, the pool and view are fantastic. We saw Rays, Dolphins, and Manatees from the dock. We also saw an abundance of birds and caught quite a few fish. The house itself is in a great location to everything and was very well equipped. It can easily accommodate 8 people and we had a wonderful time!

Loved this property for family vacation!!

This property makes the perfect family vacation. There were 7 of us. The location of this home is only a few blocks from the beach for my 3 granddaughters and only blocks away from the golf course for my husband. Restaurants, Starbucks, shopping are all very convenient. We were lucky enough to sit on the nearby beach and watch a rocket launch that took off from the Kennedy Space Center (beach chairs are in the garage!). Now, let’s talk about the house! We have vacationed here before and loved the old kitchen, but with the new remodel - WOW! What an amazing gorgeous new kitchen and room enough for all of us to sit together at the huge extended island. It’s a very spacious open floor plan, very well maintained and clean. My daughter is handicapped and she was actually giddy when she realized that the new appliances were all within her reach. It’s hard to find a house that is handicapped accessible and this one really is, without being at all noticeable. It was just perfect! ‘Loved waking up in the master bedroom looking at the sunrise, the Banana River and the in-ground pool without even getting out of bed. There were several tall Herons and other beautiful birds that visited every morning. It was so peaceful having morning coffee sitting on the patio. We also saw the dolphins swim right under the dock. We went fishing right off the dock and caught a cat fish (fishing poles and bait in garage). We are looking forward to returning and making more memories at this beautiful property. Thank you to Paul and also thank you to the owner. They were both gracious and very accommodating.

Beware of NO SEE UMS

Pros. It’s a very nice property,very spacious and a good location! We did see some dolphins and manatees fished a bit caught catfish and mostly bait fish. Cons. the pool was dirty and unusable our first four days , grass areas and dock infested with no see Umms, hundreds of bites across the whole family , it made for a miserable post vacation! We won’t be back , beware of what you can’t see !!!

Wonderful spot! Highly recommend!!

This property is exquisite! Newly renovated/updated with all the bells and whistles. We enjoyed every single second - relaxing in the house, coffee by the canal, and the occasional dip in the pool. We would love to stay here again! And Paul was a wonderful property manager and super easy to work with. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We loved it!!!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent

Beginning at booking , check in, all the way through to check out, property manager Paul was extremely easy to work with and communication was great. He was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. We really appreciated it! We were very grateful the family shares their gem of a home, it is truly AMAZING! Pictures just cannot do this home justice. From the immaculate condition of the property, the location, the river experience (THE DOLPHINS AND MANATEE!) we cannot say enough and how pleased we were and what a memorable time it was. Let me say again, DOLPHINS! Where could you stay and have your own dolphin experience?! The dolphins came through daily. I personally was standing at the dock and to my amazement, a dolphin cruised right by me, just feet below, swimming on its side looking up at me. I could literally go on and on how beautiful, peaceful and enjoyable this property is! Thanks again Paul and Lidewij family, for sharing an amazing property and making what was a most unforgettable, amazing vacation!!

Fantastic Stay

The house is better in person than the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Sitting out by the river early morning and at night was a perfect way to relax. We caught fish from the dock. Manatee and dolphin visited daily. Good food options nearby. Paul was great to work with and made the stay one of our best.

Wonderful experience

What a wonderful time we had staying here. Paul is an exceptional property manager he was always just a phone call away if we had any problems . The house is perfect. Right on the river. We where able to do some fishing right off the deck and it was enjoyable watching the dolphins swimming by. The house is spacious and has all you will need to make Your stay enjoyable. Awesome Vacation

The house is awesome for adults and teenagers!! Plenty of room to spread out, swim in the pool and fish off the dock. We cooked almost every meal at the house and there is plenty of room for 8 adults to eat as a family. Minutes from the beach and centrally located. Second time staying at the house!!! Will be back again!!

the views are breathtaking

The owners recently tiled the entire house so it definitely felt clean. The house is fully stocked and centrally located to the beach and nearby restaurants that offer easy take out and delivery options during covid (juice n java, Little Z's, and green room). We saw dolphins and manatees during our visit just off the dock. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!!

Wonderful Property

What a house! The pictures don’t do this house justice! What a beautiful home, on the river and spacious square footage! Our family kayaked, swam and fished all week long. Enough space to cook and share meals each day! Bedrooms were spacious and large windows allow for someone who can’t go outside to still enjoy the view and activity in the pool. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect Place

We enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home. The location was perfect; we were able to enjoy golf venue nearby, close to the beach and walked into Cocoa Beach to enjoy dinner and live music. When we weren't on the go, just enjoyed relaxing outside watching all the wildlife and kayaking.

Awesome Banana River Property

The place was as advertised. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, watching dolphins feed in the river and kayaking. Will be coming back next summer if schedule allows. Alex K

Perfect Paradise

This is an amazing property. A short ride from everything you could want/need. The house is beautiful with plenty of space and all the basics provided. We had teens with us who loved the pool table as well the kayaks. We had a dolphin come right up to the dock while we were fishing and the pool was great to cool off afterwards. Highly recommended property.

Picture Perfect

I was so happy that I chose this wonderful vacation property. The house and grounds are beautiful, well appointed and meticulously maintained. The view is peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the kayaks and the grand-kids loved the pool and fishing off the pier. Our manager immediately addressed any concerns or questions. The Perfect Vacation House! We ALL loved it!

This large, beautiful house was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great! An hour away from Disney and a few blocks away from the beach. This house was our home for a week for a family of 8. Very spacious, bright, clean with large rooms for everyone. We used the grill on the patio next to the heated pool overlooking the Banana River and saw dolphins and tons of huge Florida birds. Beautiful sunsets!! Paul and Kim were very gracious and accommodating - meeting us at the house with keys & house tour (our flight was delayed and we got there late). We would highly recommend staying here! We loved our stay here and will go back again. We rate it an 10+.

Beautiful place!

Stayed June 2018, loved this beautiful property

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Pictures don’t do it’s justice, so much more then we expected. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week stay. Kids loved the pool and great waterfront behind house for fishing. Got to even see some dolphins from a distance. And only a couple blocks away from the beach and town.. Would recommend this house to anyone!! It was a perfect choice for our stay, and would love to visit again! Paul was also great at answering our questions and responding to anything we needed. Hope to visit again soon!!

Very nice property for a family vacation

Spent almost two weeks at the house on a family vacation. The house was very comfortable and offered something for everybody – my 97 year old grandfather was able to sit out the back and look out on the river and the kids enjoyed the pool and kayaks. The location is great – the river out the back is home to plenty of birds, dolphins and manatees and the beach is a short drive away. The house itself is very comfortable, there’s a nice layout and the kitchen is well stocked. The master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and the beds comfortable. Supermarkets and plenty of restaurants are a short drive away.

3 siblings own this home together with their spouses. Since we live VERY far away from each other, we use the house (located somewhere in the middle of all of us) to spend more quality time with all our family.
