You're Gonna Love This Place! This 1920's cottage is very charming and convenient. It has been remodeled and yet has the warmth of a vintage home place. It is not a 5-Star resort; but, it is very unique.

Our cottage is located across the street from Pearl River Community College - PRCC. We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home features a large 60 inch Smart TV in the Living Room and new 43 inch TVs is each of the bedrooms. Welcome!

The space
This is a 1920's Craftsman Cottage. Basically, the original materials were ordered in the form of a kit from Sears and then the cottage was built around 1927. The home has been remodeled and is furnished with both modern furnishing and appliances and well as antiques. If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay during PRCC college activities or local community events, this is it! The cottage is located directly across from the PRCC's campus. You are also within walking distance to Ramey's Grocery Store, Subway, El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant, Little Caesar's Pizza, and Java Mo's Coffee Shop. There are also several unique home owned restaurants in town like Main Street Coffee and Deb's Pizza.

The daily base rate per night is for 2 guests. The cottage can hold up to 8 guests with a $15 fee per day for each additional guests over 2.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms with King, Queen, Queen bed.

Two rollout inflatable beds are also provided for up to two additional guests.

A portable baby crib/playpen is available upon request for small children.

If more than 8 people are found to be staying in the cottage, you will be charged an addition $100 per night per person. You may also be evicted without a refund for not following the rules. If you have questions, please ask prior to booking. We are happy to work with you!

We expect all guests to adhere to the following rules. Failure to do so will result in eviction and additional charges.

No parties or events allowed unless scheduled in advance. An additional fee will be charged based upon event details.

No banners, flags, or yard signs are allowed on the property or inside the cottage.

No smoking allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the home and within a 50-foot radius of the house. This means NO SMOKING on the front porch or on the back deck areas of the home. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if we smell smoke when we clean the home.

Pets are not allowed.

Please do not wear your shoes inside the house.

Please do not purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment services on the TVs.

The cottage is suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Please inform us if you have an infant that will need bedding.

No unregistered guests allowed.

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Please respect the noise curfew.

Please keep the AC or Heat at 72 - 75 degrees.

Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please place the dishes use in the dishwasher. Please also start the dishwasher before departure.

Please take the trash out before departure.

Please do not use illegal substances on the property

Please do not play load music either outside the cottage or on the deck/porch areas.

The shop building is off limits during your stay.

Need a later Check-Out Time? Check out may be extended upon approval of the request up to 1:00 pm on the date of departure for an additional $50 fee. Late check out time requests are required at the time of booking. Thanks.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the storage closet in the back bedroom. We also have a very nice deck area in the back yard. A grill is available for an additional fee. The cottage is also available for small family and friends get-togethers or for meetings. Prior booking for events is required for an additional fee. With prior booking, we can also provide catering services for your event or meeting.
