Step onto the screened patio which overlooks the fenced yard - a haven for pets! The entire home is thoughtfully designed to serve as a tranquil retreat with soothing, coastal inspired decor to ensure restful nights and refreshed mornings.

Groundskeeping: Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds of this property, including fenced-in areas, and service times can vary. This may include noise disturbances, such as lawn mowing or edging, during daytime hours. Please always confirm the back gate has been latched prior to letting pets into the yard after lawn care services have occurred.


Pets: If you neglect to inform us that you are bringing a pet, we reserve the right to cancel your stay early and/or charge an additional $150 on top of the original pet fee. If you are bringing your pet, please ensure all pet waste is picked up, properly bagged, and disposed of in the outside trash bin during your stay. This helps to keep our yard clean and enjoyable for all guests.

Dogs must not have any history of aggression or any prior bite history.



Safety: Your safety matters to us. The property features an exterior security camera located at the front entry door. This camera is motion activated and records video and audio.


Trash Collection: Our regular trash collection day is on Tuesday and recycling is every other Wednesday. If your booking coincides, we kindly ask that you take the trash bin out to the curb on Monday evenings. This allows the trash collection to be handled without the need to disturb you during your stay.


Wildlife: Here in Florida, wildlife happens. While we use professional pest control services, you might see an occasional lifeless critter. This is normal and proof that our pest control is doing its job. There are no refunds for occasional bug sightings, however if you notice more than one live pest of any kind indoors, please let us know and we will send our pest control to retreat the area. Also, please be mindful of open windows and doors, as we cannot be responsible for any insects or animals making their way inside in this manner.
