Summary:
Unwind after a day of activities in this open concept Canmore mountain condo! Enjoy a soak in the outdoor pool/hot tub or relax on the patio with partial mountain views of the Three Sisters. This condo is nestled in a peaceful resort area that is a short walk from restaurants, shopping and Canmore Main Street. Secure underground parking, WIFI, fireplace, full kitchen, open concept, BBQ, and King Bed.
The Space:
Spacioius One bedroom condo with King Bedroom fully equipped
The living room featuring new hardwood laminate floors, a new 50" Smart TV and elegant natural gas fireplace. The living room has a new sofa bed that pulls out for additional children / guests (The couch is smaller in size at 56’ W x 25’ H x 45’ D)
The open living and kitchen area provides a great space for relaxing and socializing after a day on the ski hills, trails, golf courses, Après in town or whatever adventure you're coming from.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and 2 bar stools.
The balcony off of the living room is furnished with a gas BBQ and a bistro dinning set for 2.
A full bathroom with a bathtub / shower combination including towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.
The spacious master bedroom includes a King Bed, a 27' TV, a walk in closet and dresser for your clothes and belongings.
Centrally located and short walk to the Shops of Canmore, Main Street, coffee shops, a liquor store, grocery store, restaurants, sports/clothing shops and all that Canmore has to offer.
The Lodges of Canmore complex include:
1. Heated underground parking with a 7’3 parkade door to accommodate large vehicles.
2. The Best Year-around Heated outdoor saltwater Swimming pool in town. Open all year and only closes when temperatures reach – 20C then will reopen when it is warmer out.
3. Access to THREE outdoor hot tubs.
4. Fantastic exercise room
5. Outdoor playground area nearby
6. The complex features a 24 hour front desk.
Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
This property does not have Air Conditioning. Please understand that summer can be warm and the property can get hot. Fans are supplied to help keep things cool. However we are limited in what we can do as there is no AC with this building. If having AC is important to you please inquire with us for other alternative properties that have AC.
Guest Access:
You will check in at the front desk, from there the entrance to the secure parking garage is located at the Grizzly Parking
Once parked, take the elevator to the 4th floor to your condo.
You'll have the entire condo to yourself and you will have access to the year round shared outdoor swimming pool and choose from three hot tubs and fitness area tub in the complex.
The Neighborhood:
The location is also easily walkable to shops of Canmore, Canmore Main Street, the new Bridigette Bar in Spring Creek. Easy drive to Norquay, Banff, Kananaskis and Lake Louise.
Getting Around:
- Short walk or drive to downtown Canmore ,
- 25 km from Banff National Park.
- Great bicycle trail (Legacy Trail) between Banff and Canmore
- The Roam is the transit bus to take you to Banff, Lake Louise and beyond

Early checkin and late checkout are available for a small fee and subject to availability
