Leave your worries behind and head to this spacious "Pet Friendly" 3 BR, 2.5 BA (sleeps 8) residence located in central Truckee between Town and Northstar! This stylish 2,000 square foot home is perfect for a few families or a group of friend's to rent and enjoy mountain living all season long.
You'll love the nicely appointed kitchen along open bar style seating, large dining table, large flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and wall of windows illuminating the natural stone gas fireplace. This impeccably maintained home features an open great room and master suite on the main level! Cozy up on cooler nights in front of the fire or take a quick ride into downtown Truckee. This modern home is very centrally located and affords easy access to both downtown Truckee and Northstar! And for those who may need to work on occasion, the bedrooms are all very spacious and it's not hard to find a private place to concentrate. A Must See!

- Master Bedroom (on main level) - King
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - Queen
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - Two Full Beds
Parking for 2 cars in the attached garage. Additional cars can park in guest parking throughout association.
No Smoking!
Seeking a responsible group who will take good care of the property! No party groups!
Seeking an 5 - 6 month winter ski lease.
Available from November 15 - May 15 (dates flexible - inquire with Dave if applicable).
Rent is $5750 per month.
All furnishings included in the rental price.
Landlord to cover garbage and internet.
Tenant to cover all other utilities (gas, electric, water).
Prospective tenants will need to complete a rental application and sign a lease. Inquire with Dave for additional details.
Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Maximum 8 guests.
This property is not registered as a Short Term Rental and only accepts reservations that are 31 nights or longer in duration.
Community quiet hours from 9pm - 8am daily.
No events or parties. This is not a party house and is best suitable for those looking to enjoy a peaceful time in the mountains.
No smoking of vaping.
No commercial photography and / or filming allowed.
While this house is “pet friendly”, all pets must be disclosed when booking and a non-refundable pet fee must be paid. Maximum 2 mid-size dogs per rental group (any others must be approved by host in advance). Guests agree to take full financial responsibility should there be any damage or additional cleaning required due to pets presence.
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. Vehicles can not be parked on the street or left in the driveway at any time due to Homeowners Association rules.
No outdoor fires or charcoal bbq’s allowed per county ordinance. On red flag days, no open flame allowed (i.e. no use of propane grill).
Trash must be properly disposed of within metal bear bin alongside driveway. Do not leave any food or beverages in your vehicle as bears will not hesitate to help themselves to your goodies and can cause significant vehicle damage.
Home must be properly secured (doors locked, windows closed / locked) whenever not present in the home.
The region is accustomed to dealing with snow, and the road is plowed on a regular basis. That said, it can be slippery and the schedule for clearing the road and / or driveway is not under our control. Carry chains, water, a snow shovel and monitor road conditions for your trip.
The driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 6 inches. They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. You’ll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
You’ll be able to enter the home through the attached garage, however note that during winter storms, berms may accumulate in front of the garage and will need to be shoveled in order to be access. Depending on the timing of your arrival (if during or immediately following a storm), the berms may need to be shoveled. There are shovels located inside the garage that you are welcome to use, but we also recommend traveling with a shovel during winter travel.
