What's Inside?

Living Room: Enjoy multiple streaming services on our Smart TV while laying on the couch (also a sofa bed). You can bring out the board games, cards, or puzzles (stored in the media stand under the TV) for a family game night.

Dedicated Work Space: Traveling for business and/or pleasure? No worries! We have a place for you to set up your laptop, notebooks, etc. and get what you need done.

Dining Room: There is an 8 person dining table right next to the kitchen counter with an additional 4 person setup to enjoy dinner and drinks. We also have a high chair to make sure your little one joins in on the fun.

Kitchen: We have a fully equipped kitchen ready to serve up a wonderful family meal or even heat up some leftovers from your days/nights out. There are paper towels, spices, a coffee station, multiple appliances, dinnerware/utensils (for both adults and children), and dishwasher pods for your convenience.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy a queen-sized bed with a Smart TV and private bathroom. The walk-in closet includes a portable fan, baby's playpen, iron and table, and hangers for your use.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom includes a full over full bunk bed to accommodate all the kiddos (and adults!) comfortably. It has a Smart TV with the ability to log in to multiple streaming devices.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom includes a full over full bunk bed (no TV) and a private bathroom.

Bathrooms: All 3 are full bathrooms including a regular set of towels, towels for makeup removal, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper.

Laundry: Want your clothes washed before you head back home? You have access to a washer and dryer inside the property with a few laundry detergent pods available for your use.


What's Outside?

BBQ: Enjoy an afternoon of relaxing in the backyard eating all the cooked up goods using the propane gas grill.

Picnic Table: Outside dining is always an option especially with an umbrella to shade from the sun or in the evenings under the calming, hanging lights.

Lounging Areas: There are multiple areas to sit back, have a drink, and wind down after a day of exploring.

Hot Tub: Did you think we'd leave you without a place to dip in and relax? We would never! Take advantage of this hot tub at all times of the year; even if the Miami heat is too much, you can always lower the temp and cool off.

Soccer Field: Whether you're looking for some friendly family fun or to have a full blown tournament amongst your group, we have the perfect setup to do so - 2 soccer goals and a ball in the large backyard!
