Welcome to our lovely apartment! We’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where you can feel completely at home, whether you’re enjoying a vacation or on a business trip.
Spacious Bedrooms:
-1st Bedroom: Relax and recharge in one of our two comfy queen-size beds, ensuring you get a great night’s sleep.
-2nd Bedroom: Another cozy space featuring two queen-size beds for your ultimate comfort.
-Living Room: Kick back in our warm and inviting living room, which includes a TV and a sofa bed—perfect for winding down or having fun.
Two Full Bathrooms: We’ve got you covered with all the essentials you need for your convenience.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Feel free to whip up your favorite meals in our kitchen, which has everything you need to make cooking a breeze.
-Washer and Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer in the unit, making laundry a cinch!

Damage Waiver Fee: A $36 damage waiver fee is included in your reservation, providing peace of mind for accidental property damage. Please read the house rules for more information.

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind!
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun!
We do not provide bath towels.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
