Ensinnäkin EI PITÄÄ PÄIVÄT MAKSUT !!! EI sovellusmaksuja! EI Siivousmaksu! EI hallinnointikuluja! EI ole hullu "OWNER FEES!" Crazy miten summat nousevat, kun napsautat "VARAA NYT" -kuvaketta. Ei täällä.

Nyt hyvä osa. Olemme parhaita mahdollisen vuokra-alueen arvoja ...... Tiedän, että olen tutkinut ja vuokrannut muita kiinteistöjä ...... mitä koet kotonamme ilman massiivisia lisämaksuja, tekee kotimme huippuista Disneyn puolella ..... ja nyt kuvaukseen .....

Luxury Home 10 minuuttia DIsneyworldiin. Ei yksityiskohtia unohdettu! Lakefront kaunis järvinäköala ja etelään allas, jossa kylpylä ja monivärinen allas valo. NYC-yökerhon suunnittelija suunnitteli lapset mielessään. On "Superhero" makuuhuone sekä Disney Princess "makuuhuone, jossa on kuljettava sänky. Puvut yllin kyllin lapsille päästäkseen Disney Spiritiin! Aikuisille on tarjolla Hollywood Studios -makuuhuone (Hollywood-koristeen kultaisina päivinä) sekä tyylikkäästi tehty Animal Kingdom -huone ja Floridan merihuone, josta on näkymät palmuja ja järvelle. Makuuhuoneet upotetaan jokaiseen teemaan. Otimme 6. makuuhuoneen ja käänsimme sen "Ziegfield South". Tämän elokuvateatterin muotoilu sai innoituksen kuuluisasta NYC-teatterista "Ziegfield". Ziegfield South on täysin varusteltu stadionin istuimilla ja popcorn-koneella. Jopa kylpyhuone on suunniteltu teatterin teemalla ... samoin kuin Ziegfields-kylpyhuone! Kolme muuta kylpyhuonetta sisältävä Nemo-kylpyhuone, Hollywood Studios -haude ja Cape Codin merihenkinen kylpylä.
1960-luvun innoittamana Austin Powers-pelihuoneessa on korkeatasoinen sääntely (maplewood) biljardipöytä ja urheilussa on koko seinän kokoinen Austin Powers -maalaus, jonka on luonut Chico, kuuluisa Lower Eastside (NYC) -graffitiartisti. On olemassa useita taulutelevisiot, kaksi yli 50 tuumaa. Koko koti on huippuluokan kalusteet (tässä ei ole halpoja esineitä). Ruokasali on muodollinen ja istuimet kahdeksan. On mukautettu keittiö, joka on graniittiset työtasot ja graniitti baari. Kaapit on valmistettu keittiöön. Makuuhuoneissa kaikissa patjoissa on uusinta muisti vaahtopäällysteitä. Hampton Lakes on kaunis, turvallinen, yhteisö, jossa on mukava klubitalo ja tennis, tuomioistuimet ja leikkipaikka. Katso kuumailmapalloa aamulla, kilpikonnia, jotka istuvat iltapäivällä ja uivat sateenkaarialta-valolla illalla samalla kun grillaat altaan reunalla. (tai käytä pelihuone ..... tai auta itseäni popcorniin ja elokuvaan .... saat ajatuksen. Paljon "tavaraa" tehdä kotona, kun ei puistossa!) Jos haluat ottaa taukoa teemapuistoista päiväksi, tämä on talon viettää se! Puhumattakaan parasta lastenhoitajaa lapsista ..... XBOX Superhero-huoneessa. Enjoyable and fun

My family and I enjoyed our time in the house. It was exactly what was advertised on Vrbo.com. My family really enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the mini movie theater. Everyone was happy with the bedrooms because they were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one down fall about the house, not all the bedrooms had a TV.

Enjoyed our stay

The only thing that wasn’t easy was when we got back from the parks late and wanted to use the hot tub it wouldn’t be hot. Would have to turn on heat and wait for awhile so we ended up using it one night where we didn’t get home as late.

Great House

This house was great for a quiet family vacation to enjoy the nice weather. The pool and hot tub area has plenty of comfortable seating and tables with a great view of the pond and local wildlife. The kids thought that the theater room with popcorn was also very fun. The game room was fun and the closet in that room also has extra items like pool and beach toys. I highly recommend this house and would stay again!

Fabulous

This property is amazing - something for everyone ! Great pool and hot tub plus pool toys , cinema room , games room , books , baby equipment .The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need .There is also a very well stocked towel cupboard . The beds are very comfortable and the children loved their themed rooms with all the dressing-up outfits - and the Princess bed !Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to this area .

Fabulous home

Had a wonderful time with the family in this gorgeous home. Although we did experience some of Hurricane Debby, which ate into our time a bit, these things happen in FL, and our host was quick to check in on us to ensure all was going well. We've stayed in the Davenport area a few times over the years, but I must say, this was probably our favourite home so far. Thank you from the whole family!

Christmas/ Anniversary trip

It was a great stay! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us! Loved the pool and hot tub! John was very helpful for any questions we had! We all loved the movie theater room and the game room! We would definitely go back! Also it was a great quiet location close to all the activities we did during our stay!

Overall it was a good place to stay, but because of the traffic was a little far to get to the parks. But I think that was mostly due to the time of year we were there, during Xmas.

Great house!!

Very nice home in great location! We had such a fun time watching movies in the screening room and dipping in the pool after a hot day at the parks. We had one small issue while we were there and texted the owner who texted back immediately and the problem was fixed that day! Such great service and communication...would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful time, wonderful home!

John was very accommodating and easy to work with. His home is just as advertised. We were there Christmas through New Years and my family had a great time even though our pool time was limited to a couple days due the unusually cold temps (40-50 for the highs) for Florida. Definitely a home to stay at if you’re looking for an off property place to stay for a Disney vacation or just a nice trip to the Orlando area.

Absolutely Amazing

First the pictures don’t do this property justice, this rental had everything listed plus more. It definitely is a home away from home. Charming. Close to shops, the parks, grocery stores. Everything you need. Very clean and well taken care of. And what can I say about the owner John, absolutely a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks John.

Tremendous amenities, owner is incredibly responsive. Great pool and hot tub.

This house has outstanding amenities, kitchen supplies, games room, theatre room, deck furniture, etc. John was incredibly responsive to all our needs, swimming pool and hot tub worked perfectly, view from pool deck is tremendous. Area was very peaceful. As mentioned, plan your drive times because you do have to go thru interstate traffic to get to Universal and Disney. But was entirely workable for us. The house is only showing its age in the carpet but all was still clean. Interior design looks very rich.

Lots of Fun!

This is a great space! Each bedroom is spacious and as pictured on the listing. The pool was a key feature, and the kids loved playing in it everyday! We enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles from the back patio. There is so much seating and space around the pool too, which makes it enjoyable for everyone to be outside. Kids loved the movie theater room. Plenty of blankets, towels, and amenities at the home. It was great to have a high chair and beach toys! Excellent value for the home and amenities.

Plenty of space, great location, NEW POOL HEATER.

I don't want to repeat all of the great things that other reviewers have said about this property. They are all spot on. This is a really nice place with plenty of room. I do, however, want to point out that John replaced the pool/spa heater after our first week here. Any review prior to Feb 2024 that mentions the heater is out of date; the new unit does a very good job even when the weather is quite cool. John was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!

Family Trip

Easy check-in. Excellent house for a large group with wide age range. Small issues that were out of the property owner’s control (i.e. pool heat had an error code, railing to stairs was loose). The important thing was when I contacted the owner he was quick to respond, the issues were taken care of fast and he followed up to see all was well. Overall we enjoyed a great experience in FL and would stay at this property again

Theme Park vacation

We had 5 adults staying for 10 days in mid April. The pictures on the listing are completely accurate so I have not included any of my own. We quite liked the themed rooms and the overall décor. Check in was easy and Johnny texted us shortly after arrival to make sure all had gone well. He was quick to respond to our only question about propane for the BBQ - you will need to fill it yourself if it has run low. Otherwise everything went so smoothly we didn't need to contact him the rest of our stay The highlights were the amazingly comfortable beds and the privacy of the pool area. I loved getting up with the sun and sitting outside with my coffee while a stately heron walked by, ducks and geese used the pond, a pair of frisky squirrels played outside the pool screens and on 3 mornings hot air balloons floated by. The house has more than enough towels, cooking utensils and crockery. There is a Publix, gym and various other stores just a short drive away. I highly recommend a driving app to monitor traffic flows when going to the theme parks to avoid congestion. The hot tub wants the heat on for about 20 minutes to get it warm and it has a big step down to get in for anyone with mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Johnny's house.

Great place!

We loved the house! Great location- clean, and exactly as advertised. The check in process was easy and we had no complaints at all. We travelled with our four kids (all under 10) and there was plenty to keep them happy and occupied at the house. The theatre room was used nightly to watch movies and the games room was thoroughly enjoyed. Dealing with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. We will be going back to this house again the next time we go to Disney or Universal on vacation.

My family and I normally go to Kissimmee or Tampa this time we try Davenport and this house was out of the world, beside the fact that it was super clean it has everything you need to maintain your kids busy and entertainment, the view it’s unbelievable and rooms were so clean. I highly recommend this place fyi we end it up loving the neighbors and apparently one of them leave in that house lol !! Thanks to the owner !!

Most awesome place to stay!!!

The house is big & clean. We had 10 ppl (6 adults& 4 kids) & never felt crowded. The kids had sooo much fun at the pool & theater eating popcorn. Kitchen is well stocked with pans & utensils. The grill by the pool was great for nights when we don’t feel like cooking & just throwing a few hotdogs on for the kids. Every adult had their own corner to relax. John was tentative & quick response to questions I have. My only complaint is the trip was tooooo short, should’ve book extra nite at the house. Will definitely stay again. Thanks John!!

Great place to stay!

We stay off property for a Disney trip. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. House was very clean. Theater room was a great bonus. Great view from the backyard. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

Overall a good experience

It's a beautiful house and I only had a few small complaints. The one bedroom upstairs that had a private bathroom really needs a new shower curtain, I believe it's supposed to be beige in color but it had a lot of stains on it. The living room furniture is very well worn in as you really sink when you sit down. Also the experience would have been better with some tvs in the bedrooms because we were busy the whole time and didn't really utilize the theater room at all. The house was very well stocked with essentials and even had box fans which was nice. The costumes in the kids rooms were also very cute.
