1st Floor: Bedroom w/ Queen bed.
2nd Floor: Living Area, Chef's kitchen, dining area, and half bath.
3rd Floor: Master Bedroom w/ King bed, Laundry Room, and Bedroom w/ 4 single bunk beds

Parking:
There are 2 garage parking spots.
There are 12 paid parking spaces in the entire complex for parking. There is also no overnight parking in the complex parking. If the Vibe complex parking is filled or you do not want to park in the garage, you can turn down Casper Ave, off of E. Trinity LN. The Street parking is across the street on Zophi and Casper.

Access:
Automated keyless entry to all doors. You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.

Guest Access:
Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property via the front door and garage door keypads. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in.

The Neighborhood:
East Nashville (named one of the 14 hippest neighborhoods in America by TripAdvisor in 2018) has plenty to offer. East Nashville is a trendy and hip area of town that has recently become one of Nashville's most-desired areas to stay and play. With coffee shops, bars, breweries, and fast food all within walking distance, our area of town is very active with native Nashvilians and tourists alike. Mickey’s Tavern (another Nashville institution), upscale cocktail lounge Walden, and award-winning carry-out Italian eatery Nicoletto’s are less than a 5-minute walk from your door. Singers and songwriters love this area of town for the dive bars and creative scene - be sure to introduce yourself when you see someone you recognize! The Trinity Lane corridor is quickly developing to include some of Nashville's newest hot spots.

Rental cars are not recommended as downtown parking is expensive; However, if you plan on exploring places that require a longer drive than the local attractions (like Franklin, Brentwood, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, or the Jack Daniels Distillery), then you may want to have a rental car during your stay.

Complex parking is paid but there is free street parking across the street. Also, I have 1 parking space in the garage. There is no overnight parking in my complex parking lot.

Pets are welcome!
Maximum of two pets per stay. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet to cover the cost of an extra deep clean after your departure. This ensures the home is completely allergen-free, as some people can be allergic to pets.

Our level of interaction is completely up to you.
