Cute and Cozy in Cooper Young.
It was a cute home. There was a farmers market in walking distance and small shops and restaurants to visit. Quiet neighborhood. Front see-through door latch was broken, no curtains on the main window, we used a blanket. Noticed the kitchen had some ants (not terribly, but noticeable) Couch super comfortable. Provided adequate cookware and utensils. Would stay again.

Empty house
The house itself is nice but there wasn’t a window treatment on the main window and the door didn’t have blinds. I used towels and flannel throws to cover the windows. The furniture was damaged, the refrigerator freezer was leaking because it wouldn’t close and there was ice build up. There weren’t sufficient towel Ms or blankets in the house. The cookware was terrible. I was submitting an issue regarding the house everyday. The property manager came over Tuesday with a cookware set, comforters, and FINALLY put a curtain to the window after I consistently complained. I hope the owner of the property does a better job for the next customer.

Cute updated older home
The pictures show the property exactly as it is. This is an adorable little older home with updates. The couch and beds we’re comfortable. 2 updated bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you might need. Grocery stores are within quick drives. It’s within walking distance to University of Memphis. As with most older homes, the windows are thin and therefore not good at blocking outside noise. This only was an issue our first night there, a Thursday, when airplanes were flying seemingly right down the street every 20 minutes, starting at 11 pm and throughout the night. The next 2 nights did not have nearly as much air traffic. So be prepared for some potential air traffic noises: bring earplugs and play white-noise. Overall, this is a great property and I would stay there again.

Got to the location not the best neighborhood Was supposed to have clean towels we had to wash them when we got there and said we would have clean ones and products left outside Nothing Had to sweep the floors and wipe down counters Ac didn’t work either

The Absolute Worst
I have been dealing with your management company who has stopped responding. I was booked to stay at your place thurs through Sunday with my elderly mother who walks with a cane. Upon arrival around 1am, we noticed the front door was off the hinge and would not close. I spent hours talking with your company until 3am as we did not feel comfortable staying there overnight. They told us they could not get maintenance until the next day. Other issues included a bathroom sink that would not drain, a moldy upstairs closet, a dog bone in the fireplace, dusty furniture and mirrors snd the kitchen faucet was so loose it wiggled. We left and had to find another place to stay. We requested a refund including the damage waiver as the place was uninhabitable and unsafe. There’s also no railing on your stairs so my mom was struggling to get to the door. We have not received a word back. I have pictures and video and saved all the texts. I do not want to have to dispute this charge but I can't get a response. Right now I’m out of pocket from having to book a last minute place because we couldn’t stay at yours.
