You'll enjoy exclusive access to a private dock on Lake Coeur d'Alene, perfect for parking your boat or jet ski, swimming, paddleboarding, or simply soaking in the sunset. At night, unwind on the dock under a sky full of stars — it’s a stargazer’s dream.

The home is located right on the Centennial Trail, ideal for scenic bike rides or leisurely walks with lake views all around.

Inside the studio, you'll find a queen bed and a hide-a-bed, a full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen — perfect for cozy nights in. Every window offers stunning lake views, creating the ultimate backdrop for your getaway.

This is a private studio apartment located within a larger home, with its own entrance via a shared stairwell and a private key for your unit. Please note: guests will park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up a short path and set of stairs (18 total steps) to reach the entrance.

Lake view for days

Our family enjoyed our time at this cute studio. The views were incredible and the proximity to the trail along the lake was wonderful. It was also close to restaurants for a quick bite to eat. We did bring most of our food this trip, so the kitchenette was perfect and the convection oven was great for making breakfast both mornings of our stay. Overall this was a great place; plenty of space for our family of 4.

Family vacay & CDA 70.3

Our family had a lovely time! The location & dock access is perfect for time on the lake & getting quickly into town for CDA 70.3. The efficiency kitchen has everything you need and the view is stunning!

For the most part it was a good stay, spent most of our time with family that live in the area.A couple of negatives was the AC temp control is not in the unit. No way to cool the place down unless the owners are there and are at their discretion. It was super uncomfortable the first night. But did get an portable AC unit for the unit, that was greatly appreciated and needed!It would have been nice if the curtains were black out or at least didn't let as much light into the unit, Woke up 4:45 every morning to full sunlight.Never could find the dock that was said to be available, nice thing is its a big lake and plenty of places to jump in.

This is a beautiful studio, with an amazing view. It was clean, well organized and the hosts are fantastic. My wife and I highly recommend!

Sparkling Clean/Amazing views!

This unit is above the owners garage and is beautiful and so clean! We used the hide-a-bed and queen bed, the in-unit washer and dryer, the tub w/ shower and perfect size kitchen over looking the lake. The owners are very gracious and kind. I already recommended this place to my whole family!

Useage of the dock was a great addition!

Great place! if you're staying for work and need a nice place to sleep this is perfect. It is in someone else's house but could hardly notice. Parking is a little tight but they are generous to let you park in front of the garage on one side. We did bring kids and there is no tv, microwave, stove or games just fyi if you need to cook. Very clean place and being able to use the dock was great, the kids loved that. There were no paddle boards but we did bring our own kayaks and toys to swim with. Beautiful home and location! Thanks for the cookies upon arrival as well!

Not good

Not good, internet was did not work,wrong code, did not get right code until Icalled your office! Monday pm. Parking a bottom of drive, very steep drive way plus 18 steps to apartment, very hard for a person like myself with heart problems.manager and wife were nice but did not talk to us until we were loading pickup to leave. No instruction on place, telling us about any thing. One wooden chair was very bad, it needed repaired, was afraid to sit on it and lean back. No internet service or tv, Friday, Saturday, sunday, or until 4:00 pm. Even your office did not have right. Person at your office had to call owner for correct code. Don Heitmann
