Accessible from both the bedroom and living room, the Patio is the most preferred spot in the condo! It offers a comfortable lounge area with poufs to chill and watch the sunrise, a bistro table with chairs to savor any meal, and a view of Miami and the breathtaking Biscayne Bay.

The spacious den welcomes you with a comfy full sofa sleeper and laptop-friendly workspace equipped with fast and reliable hi-speed WiFi, ensuring productivity and comfort during your stay.

The modern and stylish master bathroom is stocked with toiletries, plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. The guest bathroom (half bathroom) is also fully equipped, catering to your needs with care.

Our fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all essential cooking amenities, ensuring your culinary desires are met. The dining table accommodates four people, perfect for shared meals and cherished moments.

Condo Application Process & Fees: This reservation is contingent upon the condominium's approval of the prospective guest(s) through a background check. A non-refundable application fee of $200 applies for the first adult or married couple. To waive an additional $200 fee, a marriage certificate is required.

Applications must be submitted for approval at least 14 business days before the reservation date. If submitted within 14 days, a $50 expedite fee will apply. Approval takes a minimum of 4 business days. If the prospective guest(s) are not approved, the reservation will be canceled, and deposits refunded (application fee is non-refundable).

Security Deposit: Guests will be required to place a pre-authorization hold on their credit card of choice for $250 for a security deposit. Guests will be prompted to submit their credit card info and complete this process through their Boarding Pass prior to obtaining the property access info. Following checkout, a property inspection will be completed, and the security deposit pre-authorization hold will be released seven (7) days after checkout, minus any specific deductions for damage charges, if applicable. An itemized statement detailing any deductions will be provided to the guest. This process ensures both parties are protected and clear about the financial arrangements related to the property rental.

Parking: There is 1 parking spot included with the rental and please note that a one-time $50 registration fee is required.

Pets are welcome at our pet-friendly property. The building association permits pets weighing less than 20 pounds. Pet registration, including vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time $200 fee per pet is required (and paid through Airbnb). Additionally, owners charge $200 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. Regardless of size or breed, the total fee is $400 for one pet and $400 for two pets.

For your comfort, we uphold age and booking policies that prioritize a peaceful environment, making our retreat the ideal sanctuary for relaxation, mindfulness, and a break from the hustle and bustle. This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.

2. No smoking allowed.
3. No unregistered guests allowed.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am).
6. Please turn up the AC to 76 when you go out.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a fee of $100.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11. Please do your dishes.
12. Please take the trash out before you leave.
