With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms this spacious 7 thousand square foot home makes the perfect choice for your wedding, family vacation or next big event and is located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. The large private pool can be heated during cooler seasons along with the hot tub. The patio includes lots of cabinetry, counter space and outdoor mini fridge, a table along with seating and grill. Other features in this home include an elevator, spacious kitchen on the third floor, 5 master bedrooms, two bunk rooms and a bonus master room with king bed, a full over full bunk bed and trundle along with two arcade games, a pool table, 6 seater golf cart, 6 bikes, large decks that showcase the spectacular view of the gulf, a propane bonfire, two fire places and so much more. We know that Sunny Serenity will quickly become your new favorite place to stay when visiting the Destin/Miramar Beach area!

Annual family vacation with children and grands
The house was amazing. The location is perfect with beach access just steps from the door of the house. The pool and hot tub were incredible The golf cart and bikes provided transportation without having to get out in the car. And the location was so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. And the putting green on the lawn was an extra bonus. The owners were extremely prompt in responding to our requests. Overall probably the best accommodations we have ever had for our very large extended family(15 people) which included teens, tweens and toddlers, and seniors. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Thanksgiving in Paradise!
Our family LOVED staying here. The location can’t be beat…steps from the beach, a couple blocks from the outlet mall, grocery store (Winn Dixie) and Starbucks. Surf Hut restaurant is a short walk via the beach. We paid to heat the pool which was 100 percent worth it for a late Nov stay. Kids loved the pool table and arcade games. We also made good use of the golf cart that was included. Everything you could want was in the kitchen including a crockpot and dedicated ice machine! Two fridges were nice too! Grandma found that the beds were all too high in the master suites for her to feel safe getting in and out. She opted to stay in the bunk bed room. While all of the furniture was very nice, I would suggest a dining table for 8 is on the small side for a house that sleeps 20. Also would suggest adding at least 1 chair to the master bedrooms. My room had a fireplace console instead of a dresser to put my clothes. None of the master suites had a desk and chair so I would not consider this property if I planned to do any remote work. The host for this property was excellent. Very responsive and friendly. My family would 100 percent stay here again and would have happily moved in to make this piece of paradise their forever home!
