Welcome to Grammy’s House! This is a one bedroom apartment, with recent updates, is located near Downtown and all major city hotspots. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. In this multi unit home, built in 1900, you will find modern updates alongside classic Pittsburgh charm. You will be minutes away from downtown, sporting arenas, and entertainment venues.

This apartment does have four exterior steps to enter the building with a single side hand rail on the right side when going up. There are an additional two full flights of steps with a single side handrail on the right side when going up.

This apartment is minutes from PPG Paints Arena, Duquesne University, and all Downtown hotspots. There is amazing dining nearby including our favorites; Gaucho Parrillia Argentina and The Speckled Egg.
