Jos etsit yhden perheen kotia eikä huoneisto South Mission Beachissä, olet löytänyt sen! Kaikkea tässä kauniissa loma-asunnossa on moderni ja hyvin hoidettu, ja tämän kodin muotoilu oli hyvin harkittu ja toteutettu kauniisti. Ominaisuuksiin kuuluu mukautettu maali, ruostumaton laite, yli 2-autojen autotallit ja kannet, joissa on oma aidattu piha ja liuskekivi edessä patio, jossa on kaasugrilli viihdyttävä.

Excellent location. We were a large family group with grandparents, parents and two 13 year olds. There was plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor spaces were very nice. Being close to the beach, food, Belmont Park, etc was great. A special treat was the free rentals - bikes, surfboards, etc.

Close to beach and pleasant neighborhood. Blue Water worked hard to make things right when we reported a few problems. One had to do with floor fans which the first day we were very happy to have. After that San Diego cooled off and though the house is not air conditioned we were comfortable. . We didn’t report it but we felt the floors and rugs and furniture were dusty. Also this is a noisy place due to airplanes flying over about every two minutes quite often throughout the day. Enough that we had to stop our conversation until the planes passed by.
We had a private catered birthday dinner.

Great place! Love the location and all the beds.

Everything about this place was great. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk and shops and restaurants. One big plus was the spacious garage. Plenty of room for our minivan (unlike other places we’ve rented in the neighborhood). Would stay here again.

The home was clean, well appointed and accurately described. The grill did not work, and the mirrored closet door was off it's track. One of our group had a cell phone stolen off the table on the patio - so beware.

Great beach place

My family and I enjoyed our 4day stay over Christmas . The house was spacious and fit the needs of 5 adults. We were able to have a great Christmas Eve dinner of salmon and scallops on the grill. About a 5 minute walk to the paved beach path, 15 minute walk down to Belmont Park for a roller coaster ride at sunset. Only cons-outdated and ineffective dishwasher, a better toaster would also been nice

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The house is perfectly located just a minute walk to the beach, and close to neighborhood markets and restaurants. It has an enclosed garage for two vehicles, so no issues with parking. Everything we needed was available at the house, including beach toys for the little ones and everything needed to prepare a big Thanksgiving meal. I have to give a shoutout to the Bluewater management team. They were very communicative and available before and throughout our stay. Overall, just an excellent experience.

Great place for the family

Our family of 6 adults and 2 small children stayed in this beach house. It was very clean, had absolutely everything we needed for our weeks stay, but the best part was the location. We walked to the beach and around to the bay every day. We were very close to Sea World and a short drive to the Wild Animal Park. At night we made smores on the beach and watched the ocean waves. The house is close to the airport which worked well since everyone arrived at different times. Exceptional restaurants are a short drive away or you can walk down Mission Blvd. and find a few small eating places. Be sure to check out The Olive for breakfast...delicious. The outdoor grill worked great and the washer/dryer was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the little ones loved the bunk beds. The only odd thing is that you have to pass thru one of the downstairs bedrooms to get to the kitchen and living room from the upstairs bedrooms, so not a very private bedroom. Other than that, the house is great and we will certainly stay there again when we visit San Diego.

Super cute home in good repair. We had a family of 7 Weird room layouts. The upstairs master suite is amazing but the bedroom as part of the bathroom was weird location and a little stuffy and too hot to keep the door closed We were very grateful for the multiple fans to be able. To divert the stuffiness Downstairs walk through room was weird too, but it worked. A dresser in the downstairs queen bedroom would be nice. Kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed. Left food in the totes we brought it in. Weird smell by the windows kitchen, not sure if it was plants or cupboards. A couple of roaches, but found some spray in the cupboard. Nice that theere is a door into garage from the back yard into the garage right next to the spigot for rinsing off the beach, we could rinse and stow with ease. It is as nice that there were sand toys and each chairs and a few boogie boards sunbrella and volleyball. The garage was a perfect size for our mini van so nice it wasnt a tight fit andTrash service didn't come, but the bins were not overflowing. The host team was very responsive. Coffee pot was perc electric. Backyard d space was nice, grill was terrific. We had a great week at the beach. Close walking distance right by the guard shack.

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to either the ocean, or bay side of the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with the items we needed to cook. Lots of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The house was very clean and organized. Bathrooms were nice and fully stocked for our stay. The house fit our family of 8 very comfortably. The bunk beds were great for the kids. We loved all the beach toys, chairs and miscellaneous beach items needed for the beach. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Belmont Park and restaurants. Everywhere else was only a short 10 to 15 minute drive. Check in, and check out instructions were very clear and the information binder inside the house tells you everything else you need to know. Awesome property!

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. There nine of us including a two-year old and 13-year old. The location was literally steps from the beach and walking distance to most restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The set up is a little different but every inch of the house is used purposefully. The middle bedroom is a walk through so we put the early risers there. The primary bedroom and connected bathroom were perfect for Mom and Dad and the crib. The fourth bedroom is a converted walk in closet which is clearly stated in the description and was perfect for Grandma who is always cold! Communication with the property manager was amazing. They were so responsive and helpful. Pro tip: we rented a crib, high hair and stroller which was so very helpful and allowed us to fly without having to bring extra bulky items. The little courtyard was perfect for the kids to run around safely and the garage was an added bonus for parking instead of having to find street parking. We had a relaxing and memorable family vacation and would stay at the property again!

Great location!

We loved the location of the property. An easy walk to the beach. We will use Bluewater vacation rentals again, but probably not stay at this property only because the set up of the rooms was weird. Not a lot of privacy. Pretty sure one of the bedrooms upstairs is just the master closet converted to a bedroom. And one of the rooms downstairs may have been a dining room so you have to pass through it to get from the kitchen to the upstairs & garage area.

Great place to stay

Very cute house that has everything you need in walking distance. Note the bunk bed is in the master closet and one of the bedrooms is a walk through on the first floor. Great location for food, beach and kids activities.

Love This Place

If you want a true San Diego experience, rent this house. I honestly didn’t want to leave today. Almost everything was a pro, but there were a few disappointments…the bunk room has no windows (think it was the master closet) therefore no airflow, and attached to the master bathroom so made it weird when anyone was in the bathroom. I’m a light packer and always need a washer/dryer. This one didn’t work. They were very responsive to get someone out to check it, but it couldn’t be fixed, so we had to go to a local laundromat and spend $25 that we hadn’t budgeted for. We ran out of toilet paper yesterday and asked for a new roll. We were told our to was a starter pack and we had to buy our own after it ran out. I kinda felt for $2800, we shouldn’t need to buy our own TP. These disappointments aren’t to detour you from staying here, just a warning. I would love to stay again and would come better prepared.

Mission Beach is part of a continuous stretch of beach known as The Strand which extends over two miles between Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Centrally located in the Southern portion of Mission Beach on 'Beach Side,' you're in a great neighborhood walking distance to everything. This is San Diego’s most popular beach for good reason. You can choose to spend your time on the ocean side playing in the surf and taking in the lively scene along the boardwalk, or relax on the more tranquil sands and boardwalk of Mission Bay just across the strand and enjoy the firework show just across the water at Sea World. The Mission Beach boardwalk runs for miles up the coast to Pacific Beach where you'll find a larger boardwalk and ocean front coast. You'll find volleyball courts dotting the sand from the boat channel in South Mission all the way up to Pacific Beach and along much of Mission Bay. This home is a great starting point for a stroll along the water, a day of bike riding or other activities like rollerblading, sightseeing and some of the best people watching around!

Activities include surfing, body boarding, swimming, kayaking, sunbathing, skating, jogging, boating, windsurfing, volleyball, picnicking and more. Swimmers and surfers use separate swimming areas, which are designated by City lifeguards. South Mission Beach is a volleyball Mecca.
For the Kids Kids will love Mission Beach for its wide variety of land and water activities. Swimming, body boarding, and sandcastle building will keep them busy until it’s time to go home. Belmont Park is an amusement park full of eateries, beach shops and family fun including a merry-go-round, bumper boats, and arcade games, is next to the Big Dipper rollercoaster.
