The space:
This stately home is located on 3 acres and can be rented as a 2 bedroom house or a 5 bedroom house (if interested in the whole house please dm for details). The 2 bedroom option includes a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second room has a twin with a trundle that can be utilized as two beds or converted to a king upon request. This room can also double as an office/workspace. There are a total of two and a half bathrooms. The two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are located on the main level.
There is a fully equipped dream kitchen & outdoor BBQ for all your culinary needs. The home offers two living rooms to spread out with smart TV's and Fiberoptic WIFI. Create lasting memories playing games or shooting pool in the family room or cozying up to the wood burning fire place in the winter time.
Guest access:
If booked through this listing guests will have access to the main level of the house. The upstairs and basement will be locked off. If you are interested in renting the upstairs as well please message us for more details & additional pricing.
Neighborhood:
This home is convenient to downtown Clarkesville and shopping but provides a rural feel. All the homes around us are situated on 3 to 50+ acres providing lots of space between them. We are located off an easily navigable paved road.
Getting around:
There are multiple ways to access our street depending on which direction you are coming from. We are happy to discuss the different routes with you and give you the best options depending on your interests during your stay. There is plenty of parking for all your guests in our asphalt driveway.
