Located across from Bear Lake State Park Marina, our Tennis Building condo offers easy access to year round dining, groceries, paved trails, and recreation rentals. Certain listed amenities must be reserved separately and may be subject to availability. Basketball and tennis are on-site and access is included, all other activities must be reserved separately. Call for details.
**The heated, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The tennis and basketball courts are closed during the snow season. Hot tub is open until Jan 4, 2026 and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2026**
