Get cozy in this comfortable 192-sf tiny home. This home sleeps up to 4 people - 2 in the main loft, 1 in the second loft, and 1 on the sofa bed. Right on the east shore of beautiful Lake Conroe, and minutes from several attractions and activities!

Your hosts live within 30-40 minutes of the home location. Please contact us through the Airbnb app if you have any issues or questions. In an emergency or if you don't receive a reply on the app, please call the number listed.

The property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, right on Lake Conroe, at the back end of a new subdivision. The lots to the left and right of the property are undeveloped and vacant.

If you don't have your own vehicle, the best way to get around the local area is by Uber or Lyft.
• You are designated one parking space, marked with an “A.” If you have more than one vehicle in your party, you will need to park immediately behind the first vehicle
• No loud music, disturbances or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
• Please keep your area clean and clear of clutter.
• All Tiny Homes are non-smoking. No candles or burning incense.
• Please DO NOT toss cigarette butts on the ground use cigarette butt disposal. Fine 1st cigarette butt $20 each additional cigarette butt $1.
• Please follow any additional rules posted throughout the park.
• Quiet time is between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM everyday. (Please be respectful of your neighbors)
• The park is not responsible for any theft or injury during your stay.
