About this space
Welcome to “La Mer” a place of relaxation and peace to enjoy with your friends or family. Villa Capriani is full of resort style amenities including 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and direct beach access for guests only. Spend a few hours in the sand and retreat into the pool overlooking the Atlantic. Order lunch or dinner at the on site restaurant “Splash by the Sea” and enjoy on their outdoor patio or opt for take out by the pool. Complete with live music on the weekends for a full resort experience!
The space
La Mer is a top level, two story duplex. Complete with ocean and pool views from the balcony. Enjoy our newly updated boho beach decor enhancing all the calming energy! Downstairs you will find a half bathroom, kitchen- fully equipped with all of your cooking needs and washer and dryer, open dining and living space overlooking the balcony. Upstairs you have a private retreat in the primary bedroom complete with a private bathroom and a second bedroom with its own bathroom access. The Primary bedroom boasts a King bed while the guest room has a queen bed and bunk beds for kids or extended family and friends.
Also equipped with keyless entry, so no contact needed.
During your stay you will be provided all of the necessities to have can incredibly comfortable stay:

Please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels along with you for your stay!

* The cleaning fee includes the cost for linens
* Your stay will also include a starter set which includes a bar of soap per bathing area, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, roll of paper towels, ziplock storage bags, sponge, dish rag and towel, 5 garbage bags, 5 dishwashing tabs, dish soap, starter coffee, creamer and sugar.

Hello! I am Karina a mother of 2 amazing girls and a sweet dog. Originally from Berkeley, CA, I made my way out to North Carolina and have fallen in love with everything it has given me- and if you’re around these parts I am certain they will capture your heart too!
When I’m not hosting guests and making them feel as at home as possible, I run a therapy practice working with mothers and parents.
In my younger years, I traveled to Nicaragua, Brazil, Europe, China and several other countries in between. I love to spend time in nature, be active, eat amazing food, travel, and being immersed and learning about different cultures. My husband and I are foodies and being French he has a fine palette for the best wines! We speak Spanish, French and English and are excited to have you stay with us!
