–Rental Agreement must be signed by all guests before arrival
–The boat launch is not available for use by renters
–Minut Noise detectors are installed inside and the outside the property due to this being a residential neighborhood. If noise levels are above 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes the guest will be in violation of our house rules and could be asked to vacate the property
–Ensuring your safety is our priority. We've installed Ring doorbell security cameras facing both front entrances, the driveway, and exterior areas like the back deck and dock/lake front areas. Please note, these cameras are exclusively positioned to monitor outdoor spaces and do not intrude upon any interior areas. Additionally, to maintain peace in the neighborhood, we've implemented noise monitoring devices both inside and outside the property to adhere to quiet hours.
–From mid-October to mid-May (varies each season depending on the level of the lake and weather), the lake is drawn down, and the dock area, swim raft, swimming, fishing, and picnic table boat may not be available during these times.
–Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee, regardless of the timing of cancellation. This fee helps cover non-refundable charges from payment processors. The rest of your refund will be issued based on our cancellation policy.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
