Staying at our property tucked into the trees encapsulates you in nature and serenity. The lake access with a sandy beach is just a short walk from your front door.

THE SPACE
Our spacious home provides ample common areas to accommodate large groups coupled with plenty of space for privacy. It is a perfect space for families or an adults only getaway. The expansive interior (over 2,300 square feet) is stylishly furnished to comfortably host up to 12 guests.

Pocodobe's oversized deck offers a pool, hot tub, dining table and 7 burner gas grill. On a hot day, guests can cool off in their private swimming pool and soak in the rays on the zero gravity lounge chairs. At cooler moments, guests can warm up in the 8 person private hot tub or step off the deck to enjoy Pocodobe’s new fire pit. And any time of the day is perfect for a little outdoor dining overlooking Arrowhead Lake.

The vast great room boasts soaring cathedral ceilings and a double side, adobe style fireplace. The room has a large smart TV with 200+ cable channels and internet access to connect to your favorite streaming apps. The large sectional, second full size sofa and loads of additional chairs provide comfortable seating for groups of any size. The great room is perfect for enjoying your favorite movie, relaxing by the fire, playing board games (check under the TV!) and more. Need more space? Retreat to the loft to enjoy brilliant lake views while reading a book or watch your favorite movie on the second TV.

The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with essentials for enjoying a home cooked meal with your family and friends. The kitchen opens up to the dining room which boasts cathedral ceilings, a large dining table and a second fireplace. Enjoy a cozy dinner by the fire with a view of the sunset over the lake.

Each of the bedrooms is equipped with fresh linens and both bath and pool towels are provided for each guest. The master suite is situated at the far end of the great room downstairs and includes a king size bed, a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub as well as french doors that lead directly to the deck. The upstairs suite includes a king size and twin bed along with a full en suite bathroom. Off the kitchen are the remaining two bedrooms and the third full bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and paper products.

A front Loading Washer/Dryer is available for use, so you can pack lighter and keep all your clothes clean. For those traveling with little ones, two pack and plays are located in the closet of the master suite.

Pocodobe is minutes from area attractions. From skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing in the winter to hiking, water parks or golfing in the summer, the Poconos has all of this and more.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
POOL
The pool is closed from 10/1/23 and will reopen for Memorial Day.

The private swimming pool is opened at the end of May and closed at the end of September weather permitting. A signed pool waiver is required for all rentals. The required minimum stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day is one week with check ins on Saturday.

POOL HEATING
If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, please let us know. There is a $75/day heating fee. We will help you set it up.

Our home is part of the Arrowhead Lake Association which requires that all rentals are registered and all rental fees are paid at least 3 days prior to arrival. Fees include:
• $20 per vehicle (maximum of 6 vehicles for Pocodobe). Your first 3 vehicles are complimentary.
• $6 per night per guest.

The property has central air conditioning, a rarity in this area! In the winter, we have baseboard heaters.

Please note that this house is equipped with cameras focused on the exterior of the property for security purposes. This is not to watch our guests, but to monitor the security of the property when it is unoccupied.
